铁观音新茶上市 优质茶叶批发

随着铁观音秋茶的大量上市,市场又迎来了一批优质茶叶。在一些茶叶店里记者发现,不少商家已打出了铁观音新茶上市的标识,铁观音更是被摆在了显眼位置,吸引了不少茶友前来品尝选购。



古人云:春茶苦,夏茶涩,秋白露,最好喝。据介绍,春季雨水多,安溪铁观音茶叶长势好,但也相对不均匀,良莠不齐,这势必直接导致做青环节不好把控。而秋季秋雨水少,相对干燥,泥土、空气湿度降低,茶叶长势较慢,叶片相对均匀,而且秋季昼夜温差较大,有利于芳香类物质的形成。因此,虽然秋茶的营养成分略逊于春茶,但是香气特别浓郁、韵味足,口感也更为滑顺。




冲泡铁观音要注意水温、投茶量和冲泡时间。由于铁观音叶肉厚实,冲泡时最好使用开水。一般来说,每一克铁观音茶叶兑二十毫升水为宜。铁观音最好是要茶水分离,茶叶不要长时间泡在茶汤之中,第一次出汤可以控制在30秒左右,之后每次出汤的时间可以增加5秒。如果是老茶客的话可以将第一次出汤时间延长至50秒左右,之后每次增加10秒。


挑选铁观音也很有讲究,优质的铁观音通常呈鲜绿色且带光泽,掷杯声脆,茶香高扬且带有自然的兰花香气。



根据青叶采摘的地区、土质、气候的不同,今年市场上的中高档的铁观音售价约在每斤千元左右,略高于去年。不过近年来以安溪为代表的铁观音产区越来越重视茶园的科学管理和规范采摘,因此铁观音茶叶的品质也在逐年递增。

Therefore, although the nutritional content of autumn tea is slightly inferior to that of spring tea, it has a particularly strong aroma, full flavor, and a smoother mouthfeel.




When brewing Tieguanyin, pay attention to the water temperature, the amount of tea and the brewing time. As Tieguanyin has thick leaf flesh, it is best to use boiling water when brewing. Generally speaking, every gram of Tieguanyin tea leaves should be mixed with 20 milliliters of water. Tieguanyin is best to separate the tea from the water. The tea should not be soaked in the tea for a long time. The first soup can be controlled at about 30 seconds, and the time for each soup can be increased by 5 seconds. If you are an old tea customer, you can extend the first soup time to about 50 seconds, and then increase it by 10 seconds each time.


The choice of Tieguanyin is also very particular. The high-quality Tieguanyin is usually bright green and shiny, with a crisp sound of throwing a cup, and the tea fragrance is high and has a natural orchid aroma.



Depending on the region, soil quality, and climate where the green leaves are picked, the price of mid-to-high-end Tieguanyin on the market this year is about 1,000 yuan per catty, slightly higher than last year. However, in recent years, the Tieguanyin production area represented by Anxi has paid more and more attention to the scientific management of tea gardens and standardized picking, so the quality of tea is also increasing year by year.
