铁观音正确冲泡方法

铁观音是一种半发酵茶,属于青茶的一种,其滋味甘甜,有着兰花的香气,清香淡雅,与红茶和绿茶都存在着区别,其冲泡也有着一定的讲究,如下:


1.温杯,用热水清洗杯子,让杯子的温度和热水的水温一致,以达到杀菌和醒茶的作用。


2.取茶,选取适量的铁观音茶叶进行冲泡,一般为器皿的五分之一即可。


3.泡茶,将前两次冲泡的铁观音茶水倒掉,品尝第三次冲泡的茶水,味道得以充分发挥,滋味更为香醇 回甘持久,咽下后唇齿留香。


一.温杯


对于经常喝茶的人来说,温杯是他们饮茶中不可缺少的一部分。所谓温杯即是将饮茶器皿经过热水的冲洗,经过这一步,由于高温的作用,可以起到很好的杀菌作用,除了可以杀菌去除灰尘,这一步还可以使得泡茶器具的温度上升,帮助起到醒茶的作用。我们要注意的是温杯需要让杯子和水的温度达到一致,才可以更好的在之后的步骤中发挥茶的香气,使得滋味更为醇厚。


二.取茶


接下来就要选取适量的铁观音茶将其放入杯中,注意茶的量不能过多也不能过少,过多会使得滋味太过于浓郁,带有更重的苦涩味,影响口感,茶的量太少则会使得滋味太淡,不能很好的品尝这种茶所具有的特殊香味。在选取茶叶时注意在器皿的五分之一就很合适了。


三.泡茶


作为冲泡的最后一步,也是最重要的一步,我们需要将温度合适的热水倒入器皿中进行冲泡,需要注意的是第一次和第二次的冲泡茶水需要倒掉,原因是在前两次冲泡时铁观音茶叶不能很好的舒展,其香味也不能很好的挥发出来,带有的苦涩味也更重一些,在第三次冲泡后的茶叶所具有的清香得以充分的激发,其滋味也更为醇厚鲜美。需要注意的是在前两次冲泡时的时间,一般在十几秒即可,时间过长也会使得第三次冲泡的滋味变淡,影响口感。
