铁观音茶叶储存方法

1、温度。铁观音茶叶储存温度不能过高,温度越高,铁观音茶叶老化越快,茶叶中的有益成分如茶多酚、维生素、氨基酸等变质越严重。一般茶叶的贮存温度不超过10度,对于绿茶、铁观音等品种的茶叶,原则上应该冷藏或冷冻存放最佳。



2、湿度。常规茶叶的含水量一般不会超过6%,因此,铁观音茶叶本身特别干燥,容易吸收空气中的水分而含水量超标,业内称为“吸潮”,这样茶叶就特别容易霉变。因此,贮存茶叶一定要密封保存才行,哪怕是白茶、普洱茶等茶饼,也要尽量密封下常温保存。


3、氧化。氧气对于人体来说,是最重要的气体;但对于茶叶却是有百害而无一利。因为茶叶中含有大量的还原性成分,比如茶多酚、维生素、氨基酸等营养物质,特别容易被空气中的氧气氧化而变质。对付安溪铁观音茶叶氧化,除了要密封保存之外,还要低温存放;对于铁观音等比较坚实的茶叶品种,最好真空包装保存。



4、光照。除了温度、氧化之外,光照也是促进茶叶变质的重要因素。特别是把茶叶放在阳光能够照射到的地方,或者放在透明的塑料袋中存放茶叶,都是不可取的。贮存铁观音茶叶一定不能装在透明袋子中,更不能直接暴露在阳光下直射。


5、异味。安溪铁观音茶叶不但容易吸潮,疏松的组织结构还特别容易吸收异味。特别是有人把茶叶没有密封或密封不严,而且还与肉食、蔬菜、剩饭、剩菜等食物一起存放在冰箱中。等打开了茶叶盒,这哪是茶香,全是剩饭、剩菜的味道。还有一种情况,就是把一些可以常温保存的茶叶放在劣质的茶柜书橱中,这样茶叶也特别容易吸收家具中的甲醛,对人们的健康不利。对付异味的有效办法就是密封或真空包装,取出铁观音茶叶后,要及时排气后把袋口密封,还要注意在冰箱中独立单元单独存放,别与饭菜存放在一起。

Even white tea, Pu'er tea and other tea cakes should be sealed and preserved at room temperature as much as possible.


3. Oxidation. Oxygen is the most important gas to the human body; but it is harmful to tea leaves. Because tea contains a lot of reducing components, such as tea polyphenols, vitamins, amino acids and other nutrients, it is especially easy to be oxidized and deteriorated by oxygen in the air. To deal with the oxidation of tea, in addition to sealed storage, it must be stored at low temperature; for relatively solid tea varieties such as Tieguanyin, it is best to store it in a vacuum package.



4. Light. In addition to temperature and oxidation, light is also an important factor in promoting the deterioration of tea. In particular, it is not advisable to store the tea in a place where the sun can shine, or to store the tea in a transparent plastic bag. The stored tea must not be packed in transparent bags, let alone exposed to direct sunlight.


5. Peculiar smell. Tea is not only easy to absorb moisture, but also easy to absorb peculiar smell due to its loose tissue structure. In particular, some people keep the tea leaves unsealed or not tightly sealed, and they are also stored in the refrigerator together with meat, vegetables, leftovers, leftovers and other foods. When the tea box is opened, this is not the smell of tea, it is all the smell of leftovers and leftovers. Another situation is to put some tea that can be stored at room temperature in a poor-quality tea cabinet and bookcase, so that the tea is particularly easy to absorb the formaldehyde in the furniture, which is not good for people's health. It should also be stored in a separate unit in the refrigerator, not together with the food.
