安溪铁观音发源地寻茶记

在谢文哲先生主编的《安溪寻茶记》一书中,作者选取了安溪县内32个有代表性的山头,循着铁观音茶叶的脉络,以人文为关注点,集故事性、历史性和资料性于一体,历数山上地中凡“重要者”,其中不乏“首次发现”。




“有一种红壤它适合茶树和诗歌的生长/兰花香进桂花香/是什么让人神清气爽?天地造化,高山风骨,日月精华/有一种文化源远流长/观音托梦,安溪茶乡。”这是一首赞美安溪铁观音的茶诗。追香寻韵,不能不去茶之发源地探源。安溪,茶之原乡,是名副其实的中国茶都。


   


安溪,古称清溪。一叶芳华,一杯浓香,一个故事,一段历史,一则传奇,彰显着安溪茶文化的神奇与广阔。在谢文哲先生主编的《安溪寻茶记》一书中,作者选取了安溪县内32个有代表性的山头,循着茶叶的脉络,以人文为关注点,集故事性、历史性和资料性于一体,历数山上地中凡“重要者”,其中不乏“首次发现”。


   



同时,书中还配有法国摄影师阎雷等众多摄影师为安溪拍摄的230多张照片和书法家王乃通专门绘制的安溪“山头图谱”,使读者更直观地感受安溪独特的民俗风情。其中,图谱还把安溪的产茶名山、各种名茶及涉茶名人“一网打尽”,堪称安溪的“大百科全书”。


   


“未讲天下事,先品铁观音。”茶,已经是安溪人文化休闲生活的重要组成部分。千百年来,耕耘在山水间的安溪人种茶习茶,安溪人在山水寄情的环境中过着“春而耕,一梨雨足;秋而敛,万顷云黄”山水可依的田园生活,“是非、名利,荣辱、得丧,皆不足为身心之害”。


   


文脉润泽、山水浸润的安溪茶,在“清水高峰,吞云吐雾”环境中,“饱山岚之气,沐日月之精,得烟霞之霭……饮之不觉两腋风生。”安溪,不仅有秀美的自然景观资源,也有着丰富的人文历史资源。诸多文人雅士游走于安溪的山水之间,品茗于怀,探幽安溪“树稠荫掩映,竹茂影蹁跹”的意境,享受着“一日旷游一日仙”妙境里,感怀于“亭高风露笼,殿古雾云烟”的幽静,赞叹于“岩峦叠累插天远,溪水盘恒绕地通”的峻美,只叹“一般清致景,俗笔难传焉”。




安溪是茶的故乡,也是中华文艺宝库中一件璀璨夺目的瑰宝。尽管本书选取的“山水”仅是安溪的一小部分,但正是这一小部分撑起了安溪山、水、茶、人的“骨骼”。在其中,我们看到了美景,看到了古迹,看到了风俗,看到了信仰,也看到了宗祠、族谱、名士。当然,更看到了只爱土地和茶叶的安溪人的精神世界——他们大山般的博大包容,赋予安溪的风物以各种意义,孕育出多样和谐的文明,创造用文字无法穷尽的安溪茶的“文字传奇”。沏泡一壶好茶,品啜一口茶香,既是民俗,也是习惯,更是一种文化的传承。
