与铁观音茶相生相克的食物

1、茶和白糖

铁观音茶叶味苦性寒,人们饮茶的目的就是借助茶叶的苦味刺激消化腺,促使消化液分泌,以增强消化机能。再就是利用茶的寒凉之性,达到清热解毒的效果。

如茶中加糖,就会抑制这种功能。但古籍中也有茶叶配白糖疗疾的偏方,作为食疗可以,若平时饮茶则不宜配糖。


2、茶与鸡蛋

铁观音茶水煮鸡蛋,茶的浓度很高,浓茶中含有较多的单宁酸,单宁酸能使食物中的蛋白质变成不易消化的凝固物质,影响人体对蛋白质的吸收和利用。鸡蛋为高蛋白食物,所以不宜用茶水煮鸡蛋食用。



3、茶与酒

不少人酒后都爱饮茶,想达到润燥解酒、消积化食、通调水道的功效,但这对肾脏是不利的。
