安溪铁观音有什么口味

清香型:


品特点:采用轻发酵新工艺加工,铁观音茶叶的发酵程度低,最大限度保持了茶叶原有的清鲜,茶叶色泽砂绿,香味清新,口感鲜爽,清汤绿水,带天然的花香。­ 以传统工艺“茶为君,火为臣”制作的铁观音茶叶,使用百年独特的烘焙方法,温火慢烘,湿风快速冷却,产品“醇、厚、甘、润”,条型肥壮紧结、色泽乌润、香气纯正、带甜花香或蜜香、粟香,汤色深金黄色或橙黄色,滋味特别醇厚滑,音韵显现,叶底带有余香,可经多次冲泡。茶性温和止渴生津,温胃健脾。

­ 浓香型:­


产品特点:采用传统的加工工艺,比清香型拥有更高的发酵度,加之又用炭火烘培,所以茶叶色泽偏黄黑色。其香味浓烈,茶水呈金黄色,口感醇厚,有降脂,去油腻,醒酒保胃的功效。­


适合人群:由于安溪铁观音茶水较厚,滋味温和,具有去油腻,降脂,醒酒保胃的效果。建议口味较重的老茶友,和平常经常应酬摄取大量油脂,饮酒过度的茶友饮用。­

­ 韵香型:­


产品特性:此种铁观音茶叶香气独特,较之清香型茶叶浓,特有清醇味,茶水也相对清香型浓,而且茶叶的色泽碧绿,汤水黄绿色,具有观赏性,是待客的首选。但汤水不如清香型的柔和顺滑。制作方法是在传统正味做法的基础上再经过120℃左右烘焙10小时左右,提高滋味醇度,发展香气,­此款韵香型铁观音是经过高级制茶师亲自炒制的,香气与轻发酵的不一样.米香味道,口感偏重,汤水金黄色.适合人群:1.超过30岁的中年人或年长者。2.口感较重者较合适。3.胃不好不宜喝青茶者,
