讲年轻,就先人从衰老讲起。衰老,英文翻译成Aging,是一种自然现象。衰老的名词解释是机体分子、细胞、器官功能乃至整个功能衰退的综合复杂的生理、病理变化过程是老年期变化的简称。

茶多酚又可分四类物质:黄烷醇类(儿茶素类)、花色素类(花白素和花青素)、花黄素类(黄酮及黄酮醇类)、缩酸及缩酚酸类。


这些多酚类物质具有较强的供氢能力,如儿茶素结构中的酚性羟基具有供氢能力,在氧化过程中生成邻醌类及联苯酚醌,是一种理想的天然抗氧化剂,在身体内担负着抗氧化、清除自由基的重任。
