养生花草茶茶水你都喝对了吗

【柠檬水】




补维C不如开胃


为了补充维C,柠檬水确实不是最佳选择。据介绍,柠檬中的维C含量大约是猕猴桃的三分之一,鲜枣的十分之一还不到,一两片泡水喝,维C含量更少。不过,喝柠檬水倒是能有效刺激胃酸分泌,增加食欲,饭后喝也有帮助消化的作用。


食用提醒:


1、温水泡


柠檬水不一定非要用冷水泡。用热水泡柠檬,在酸性环境的保护下,维生素C的稳定性更高,损失更小。如果还是不放心,那就用温开水泡吧。


2、买鲜柠檬

【菊花茶】




每天别超5朵
