“兰贵人”是人参乌龙茶的通称,属于功夫茶,由台湾传入内陆,上个世纪90年代中期已在福建、海南、云南、广东、广西等地茶叶市场普遍流通。人参乌龙茶是用上等乌龙茶,与西洋参加工,精致而成,即保留了乌龙醇厚的回味,又加入了西洋参的补性和甘甜,入口清香扑鼻,舌底生津,回味无穷。


兰贵人是中国历代宫廷供茶,是五百年前专给皇帝喝的贡品,有几千年的历史。 据《本草拾遗》中记:“生西国,胡人将来也,味甘温无毒,主明目强记,补心力。”现代中草药学证明该草具有润肺止咳,补肾,除湿之功。


人生乌龙茶加工流程为:


第一步,采用中小叶茶树品种鲜叶→晒青→晾青→做青→杀青 →揉捻→初焙→复焙→复包装→文火慢烤→拣簸等精致工序制成的乌龙茶。


第二步,采用乌龙茶为主要茶料,与天然的甘草粉、西洋参叶粉、桂花(或香草豆、玫瑰提取物)为添香的配料,混合搅拌并焙火干燥提香而成。


乌龙茶介于红绿茶间,取青嫩叶半发酵制成,其色黄润不温不火,其性不寒不暖,其味不淡不酽。人参乌龙茶外形,颗粒大小适中、均匀圆润,颜色鲜绿,其外形可以说是茶界中的“第一美茶”。香气带有人参的味和花香,能够给人非常愉悦的感觉。 人参乌龙茶与一般的乌龙茶外形有很大的差异,外形光滑,泡不开。由于其泡制手法独特,需要一定的“功夫”,故称“功夫茶”。人参茶汤色橙黄明亮、滋味醇厚甘润、喉韵强劲、参味浓郁、回甘力强,是高山乌龙茶中之佳品。


人参乌龙茶的品饮也是很简单的,茶具用沸水冲烫后,取茶叶5克左右放入,用95℃以上沸水冲泡2-3分钟后即可饮用;一次茶叶可连续冲泡3-5次。
