一、按体质选茶


中国的茶分为绿茶、红茶、黄茶、白茶、青茶、黑茶六大类。六大茶类茶性不同,对人体的影响也不同。例如:绿茶性寒,适合体质偏热、胃火旺、精力充沛的人饮用,绿茶有很好的防辐射效果,非常适合常在电脑前工作的人。白茶性凉,适用人群和绿茶相似,但“绿茶的陈茶是草,白茶的陈茶是宝”,陈放的白茶有去邪扶正的功效。黄茶性寒,功效也跟绿茶大致相似。青茶(乌龙茶)性平,适宜人群最广。红茶性温,适合胃寒、手脚发凉、体弱、年龄偏大者饮用。黑茶(普洱茶)性温,能去油腻、解肉毒、降血脂,适当存放后再喝,口感和疗效更佳。




二、按季节选茶


春夏季节应多喝绿茶,春天适合喝信阳毛尖和碧螺春,这两种绿茶都有生发作用,可以缓解春困。夏天喝绿茶能清热解毒、降低血脂。秋天最该喝青茶,乌龙茶介于绿茶、红茶之间,茶性平和,而且不寒不温,非常适合秋天饮用,可以兴奋神经,使人神清气爽。黑茶冬天喝最适合,尤其是熟普洱茶,茶性温和,冬天饮用最为合适。冬天寒气重,是阳气闭藏的季节,熟普洱可以生热暖胃。另外,普洱茶还具有一定的控制体重的作用。用低热量的普洱茶,代替日常的甜饮料,可以控制热量摄入。




三、如何泡茶


泡绿茶水温偏低,泡茶要控制好茶水比例,不能太浓,淡茶益于养生。冲泡绿茶时,水温以80℃为宜,2~3分钟就好,3克绿茶冲水150毫升,浓淡最适中。黄茶、白茶的冲泡方法与绿茶相似。而红茶最好用沸水冲,还要多泡一会,以5分钟为宜,有助于红茶内黄酮类保健物质的溶出,香气更浓,保健效果也更好。乌龙茶也喜欢沸水,泡茶用量相对较多,以紫砂壶为例,需要半壶茶半壶水,可冲泡5~6次。以普洱茶为代表的黑茶需要洗茶,第一次冲泡前,要用开水浸泡10秒,倒掉后再正式冲泡,这样做可以滤去杂质,让茶味更香醇。




四、一天三杯茶最合适


第一杯是早茶,适合早饭后9点到10点饮用,可以起到提神、排毒、抗疲劳的作用,早茶最宜选花茶。第二杯是午茶,在午饭或午觉后的1点到3点饮用最好,午茶可以适当浓一些,绿茶具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗病毒等保健功能,最为合适。第三杯是晚茶,适合晚饭后6点到7点喝,红茶有降血脂、助消化的功效,是晚茶的最佳之选。




五、饭后1 小时再喝茶


喝绿茶时,最好现泡现喝,如果温度过高或时间过久,茶汤就会变黄,芳香也会挥发殆尽。即使现喝,也要等水温不烫后再喝。喝茶最好在餐后半小时至1小时后再喝,饭后直接喝茶,会妨碍人体对铁质和蛋白质的吸收。睡前也要少喝茶,以免失眠。
