很多人都知道茶叶中的茶多酚可防癌,但你知道吗?不同的茶叶品种也具备不同的防癌效果。




南京市中医院肛肠科金黑鹰主任是茶多酚方面的研究专家,他表示,经过研究,抗癌效果排在第一位的是乌龙茶,即安溪铁观音、武夷岩茶等乌龙茶,其次是普洱茶,第三是红茶。

金黑鹰主任告诉记者,大家一直知道是茶多酚有抗癌效果,但究竟是茶多酚中的哪种成分有效呢?

  

后来,经过实验证明,是茶多酚中主要成分EGCG可以恢复正常细胞的秩序,破坏了肿瘤细胞,让肿瘤细胞凋亡加速。


国内还有专家研究认为,用绿茶或红茶处理动物可使实验动物的食道癌、胃癌或皮肤癌减少70%。


从这一系列的研究可以看出,EGCG成分确实起到了抗癌的作用。


02不同的茶品,防癌效果不同

金黑鹰主任告诉大家,其实,茶叶的品种不同,抗癌防癌的效果也是大相径庭的。


他坦言,如果将茶叶的抗癌防癌的功效进行排序的话,那么,排在第一位是乌龙茶,其次是普洱茶,第三是红茶,例如单丛红茶,第四是绿茶。

  

这是因为,发酵类的茶比不发酵的茶具有更多的抗癌防癌效果。

03医生建议根据个人的口味选茶叶

04建议:泡茶后两小时内喝完

这样的做法健康吗?金黑鹰表示,一般来说,泡茶之后,两个小时之内,需要把茶喝完,如果还想喝就需要重新浸泡。

  

茶叶里具有很多抗氧化剂,而这些抗氧化剂是由很多不稳定的羟基构成的。


一般来说,这些成分不稳定,因此在浸泡两个小时之内,就应该将茶喝完,不然这些有效成分发生了变化,不仅可能不再具有抗癌防癌的效果,可能还会产生对身体不利的物质。

在金主任看来,泡茶的温度和杯具的选择也同样很重要。


泡茶的水尽量保证在80度左右为宜,超过80度,有的人甚至用100度的沸水泡茶,这样可能破坏茶里的有效成分。


另外,杯具的选择,最好选择紫砂壶,其次选择瓷器,或者玻璃杯等,最好不要选择不锈钢的保温杯具。




茶水和药物一起使用效果更好?


根据研究表示,如果茶水和抗肿瘤药一起服用效果更好。
