铁观音的泡法 铁观音茶叶的冲泡方法

 不同安溪铁观音茶类具有的特性也不相同,铁观音的泡法也存在其独特之处。冲泡之前首先准备好冲泡用具,包括:茶盘、盖碗、公道杯、茶匙、品茗杯、滤网、茶巾。


  铁观音茶的冲泡过程


  1、洗杯


  先用开水将要用到的茶具冲洗干净,这样既可以先洗杯又可以达到温杯的效果。


  2、置茶


  用茶匙取出适量的铁观音茶叶放入盖碗中,茶叶无需过多,一般为茶碗的一半左右就可以了。


  3、洗茶


  将烧开的开水倒入盖碗中,对茶叶进行冲烫,去除茶叶中的杂质,时间不用很长,两三秒时间就可以,然后将洗茶水倒掉。


  4、冲泡


  向盖碗中冲入沸水进行冲泡,水量一般在盖碗的九分处就可以了,不用太满。


  5、出茶


  将泡好的铁观音茶水倒入公道杯中,倒茶时要将滤网放在公道杯上以防茶叶落入。


  6、分茶


  取走滤网将泡好的公道杯中的茶水分入品茗杯中,差不多到品茗杯七分处为宜。


  7、品茶


  经过前面几个步骤一杯浓香四溢的铁观音茶汤就泡好了,品饮品茗杯中的茶水,观看茶色、闻味,细细品味。


  8、结束


  喝完茶后将茶具冲洗干净,用茶巾搽拭干净。

  Pour the brewed tea into the fair cup, and put a strainer on the fair cup to prevent the tea from falling into the cup.


  6, divide tea


   Remove the strainer and put the tea water in the soaked fair cup into the tasting cup, which is about seven minutes away from the tasting cup.


   7, tea tasting


   After the first few steps, a cup of Tieguanyin tea soup is ready. Sip the tea in the cup, watch the tea color, smell, and savor carefully.


   8. End


   After drinking the tea, rinse the tea set and wipe it off with a tea towel.
