如何来保存铁观音茶叶

1、铁观音茶叶发酵后的烘干程度目前采用的茶叶制作技术朝轻发酵的方向转变,这中间感德的茶叶就是比较典型的代表,在轻发酵中,茶叶容易体现高昂的兰花香,茶汤也比较漂亮(呈现标准的绿豆汤)。


  但是要让干铁观音茶叶体现香气,一般情况茶叶就不会烘得太干,茶叶含一定的水分,这样的茶叶在后期保存时一定需要注意茶叶的低温和密封,以减少水分在茶叶中的作用。如果铁观音烘得比较干,入手感觉很脆很干爽,这样的茶叶对低温的要求就比较低。
