开门做茶生意,每天要接触各类客人,会跟客人聊天能多卖不少茶,到底该跟客户聊点什么呢?总结一下,店里进店的客人有初次进店顾客、熟客、朋友、同行4类,针对不同类型的顾客,所聊得话题也应该有所区别。


与初次进店顾客聊信息


这类顾客大多是在找茶或者对茶有兴趣,进店之后多会在店里四处看看,一般可以在给对方看介绍完茶叶后邀请对方坐下来尝尝茶叶。在等水烧开的过程中,一般不会聊到茶叶上去,而是满足一下顾客的好奇心。比如,开店几年了?每年店里租金是多少?现在顾客这么少,能赚钱么?老板是哪里人?之类的话题。聊得过程中,一定通过暗示的方式让顾客认识到茶店产品正宗,熟客很多,实力不错,同时大致了解对方信息。在推荐茶的时候给对方介绍一下茶的特点,有哪些突出的地方,一般两三泡之后对方会决定是否购买。如果对方觉得不适合,可以再换一款。在品茶过程中,应该多聊茶,通过聊茶了解对方喜好,比如对方说觉得茶友点淡,那就说明对方喜欢喝浓茶。客人购买前,以聊茶为主,购买后可以参考熟客的聊天方式。一般来说,与第一次进店客人聊天,多以喝茶经历为主。


与熟客聊感情做客情


熟客进店,一般都会买一些平时常买的茶,所以不需要再泡此类茶,可以拿出适合对方口味的茶来一起品尝,当然一定要比较好的茶叶或者新上的茶叶。如果对方只是路过随便进店坐坐,那么就可以天南海北聊聊,品品茶,工作、生活都可以是聊天话题。如果对方带朋友过来聊天,除了关于茶的话题,建议尽量不插嘴抢话。接待熟客,以随意为主,既让人觉得受到尊重,又不让人觉得很拘束,带客人来店里,更应让熟客觉得有面子。


与朋友聊不足做提升

与同行聊行业找产品


同行过来喝茶,一般是就茶聊茶,聊聊卖茶心得,聊聊对茶叶行情,聊聊行业形势等。常见的方式是各自拿出自家茶叶对泡,对比一下双方优劣,互相交流、互相进步。如果对方茶好,也可以适当进一些。很多人觉得同行喝茶没有必要,事实上同行间喝茶既能交流信息也能拓展渠道,更值得我们重视。


茶老板与客人谈论什么,还是取决于顾客是谁,最主要还是围绕着茶扩展到其他话题。遇到喜欢吹牛的,多听听就好,聊多了没意义;遇到喜欢喝茶的,多聊聊茶,发展成粉丝也挺好;遇到喜欢交际的,多叫来喝茶,帮人招待招待朋友,做个旁听者也不错。
