铁观音冲泡方法六大法则

1、器皿选择:建议选用功夫茶白瓷杯组,这样在冲泡时既可享受铁观音冲泡时清香飘逸的茶香,又可欣赏铁观音叶底在水中舒展的优美姿态与晶莹剔透的铁观音茶汤。



2、水温控制:泡铁观音的水温,冲泡水温的掌握是非常重要的,适合的水温有利于铁观音香气、滋味以及所富含的内含物的浸出。品质好、海拔高的铁观音要用100度沸水直接冲泡,才能散发出内含物质。普通铁观音则可以将水温适当放低至95度左右。





3、茶量多少:冲泡铁观音需要放多少茶叶呢?根据个人口味浓淡掌握。铁观音茶干建议放入7克即可连泡12次以上,太多了浪费。




4、冲泡方法:先用开水温杯一下,再放入7克铁观音进行温润洗茶后,为保护细嫩的茶叶表面的绒毛及避免茶叶在杯中激烈的翻滚,应沿着白瓷盖碗或玻璃杯的杯壁细细的注入水,可保证茶汤的清澈亮丽。



5、出水时间:第一次注沸水后,安溪铁观音在杯中大约静置5秒,以后每泡顺延5秒即可。后期十多泡时可将水重新加热至沸腾。




6、冲泡用水:选用优质矿泉水或井水,以软性水(低矿物质含量)为佳。

5. Water outlet time: After the first injection of boiling water, Tieguanyin should be left in the cup for about 5 seconds, and each subsequent soaking time can be extended for 5 seconds. The water can be reheated to boiling when it is more than ten soaking in the later period.




6. Brewing water: Use high-quality mineral water or well water, preferably soft water (low mineral content).
