铁观音茶桌上的礼仪

生活中,凡事都有讲究,就是小到一杯铁观音茶一杯酒,也都有学问。




别小看一杯茶,从烧开水到饮用,都有学问,如果主人不注意,或者太过随意,很容易得罪人,从而影响茶桌上的气氛。




那么,茶桌上到底有哪些讲究呢?




1

从摆茶杯说起,讲究的是“茶三酒四”。也就是说,尽管只来一个客人,也要在茶盘里放置三个杯。这是由俗语“茶三酒四秃桃二”而来的。认为茶必三人同喝,酒必须四人为伍,便于猜拳行酒令,但外出看风景游玩,却以二人为宜。因为人多嘴杂,二人便于统一意见。

冲泡。喝茶的人,都有“头冲脚惜,二冲茶叶”的说法。就是说,主人冲茶时,头冲必须用来洗杯子,然后倒掉。一般认为里面有杂质,不宜饮用。若是让客人喝头冲茶,就是欺侮人家。

酒满敬人,茶满欺人。因为安溪铁观音茶是烫的,如果倒满杯,容易烫到客人的手,或者洒到桌子甚至衣物上,造成不必要的尴尬。因此,讲究的是“茶倒七分满,留下三分是人情”。

先客后主。泡好茶,一定要让客人先饮用,以表示对客人的尊重。如果泡好茶自己先喝,是一种不礼貌的行为。换成会计较的客人,他会不高兴的。

先尊后卑。在座的人,如果有长辈或者上司,要让他们先喝,以表示对长辈或上司的尊重。我们平常挂在嘴上的“尊老爱幼”,就体现在这里。若都是同辈人,或是年龄相近的铁哥们,一般是按顺时针,一个个的请茶。

新客换茶。如果和朋友在喝茶聊天时,又来了一个客人,主人必须把泡过的茶叶倒掉,重新换上一泡。这也是一种礼貌的表现。

如果主人停下手来,不再冲泡茶时,有暗下逐客令的意思。客人应该知趣,借故辞别。

客人辞行时,主人应礼貌性地站起身来,做个请的手势,道声“慢走”,以表示道别。



别看小小的一些举动,却关系到茶桌上的气氛。如果主客都能了解这些茶桌上的礼仪。铁观音茶桌上,何愁不是欢声笑语,其乐融融呢?

Brew. People who drink tea have the saying that "the first is to cherish the feet, and the second is the tea". In other words, when the owner makes tea, the head punch must be used to wash the cups and then discarded. It is generally believed that there are impurities in it and it is not suitable for drinking. If you let guests drink tea, it is bullying.

The wine is full of respect, the tea is full of deception. Because the tea is hot, if the cup is filled, it will easily burn to the hands of the guests, or spill on the table or even the clothes, causing unnecessary embarrassment. Therefore, what is emphasized is "pour seventy percent of the tea, and leave one third is a favor."

First guest, then master. Make a good tea, be sure to let the guests drink first, to show respect for the guests. If you make a good tea and drink it yourself, it is impolite. He will be unhappy when he is replaced by a customer with a better account.

Respect first and then humble. If you have elders or bosses, let them drink first to show respect for elders or bosses. The "respecting the old and loving the young" that we usually talk about is reflected here. If they are all of the same generation, or iron buddies of the same age, they usually ask for tea one by one in a clockwise direction.

New customers change tea. If another guest comes while drinking tea and chatting with a friend, the host must pour out the brewed tea and replace it with another one. This is also an expression of politeness.

If the owner stops making tea, it means to secretly leave the guest. Guests should know their interest and bid farewell on excuses.

When the guest leaves, the host should stand up politely, make a please gesture, and say "walk slowly" to signify goodbye.
