铁观音

铁观音，中国传统名茶，属于青茶类，是中国十大名茶之一。原产于福建泉州市安溪县西坪镇，发现于1723-1735年。"铁观音"既是茶名，也是茶树品种名，铁观音茶介于绿茶和红茶之间，属于半发酵茶类，铁观音独具"观音韵"，清香雅韵，冲泡后有天然的兰花香，滋味纯浓,香气馥郁持久，有"七泡有余香"之誉 。

铁观音成品依发酵程度和制作工艺，大致可以分清香型、浓香型、陈香型等三大类型。

清香型口感比较清淡、舌尖略带微甜，偏向现代工艺制法，目前在市场上的占有量最多。

浓香型口味醇厚、香气高长、比较重回甘，是传统工艺炒制的茶叶经烘焙再加工而成产品。

陈香型又称老茶或熟茶，由浓香型或清香型铁观音经长时间储存，并反复再加工而成，亦属半发酵茶叶。其特质和口味接近普洱茶及红茶、黑茶，且有沉重的历史与文化沉淀

ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป Tieguanyin สามารถแบ่งคร่าวๆ ได้เป็นสามประเภท: กลิ่นหอมสดชื่น กลิ่นหอมแรง และกลิ่นหอมแก่วัยตามระดับการหมักและกระบวนการผลิต

ชนิดหอมมีรสอ่อนกว่าและปลายลิ้นหวานเล็กน้อยมีอคติต่องานฝีมือสมัยใหม่และปัจจุบันมีส่วนแบ่งการตลาดมากที่สุด

รสหลูโจวมีรสชาติเข้มข้น กลิ่นหอมยาวนาน และค่อนข้างหวาน เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผ่านการคั่วและแปรรูปด้วยใบชาแบบดั้งเดิม

ประเภท Chen รสหรือที่เรียกว่าชาเก่าหรือชาผู้ใหญ่ทำจาก Tieguanyin รสเข้มหรือรสละเอียดอ่อนหลังจากการเก็บรักษาในระยะยาวและการแปรรูปซ้ำ ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นชากึ่งหมัก ลักษณะและรสชาติคล้ายกับชาผู่เอ๋อร์ ชาดำ และชาดำ และมีแหล่งสะสมทางประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมจำนวนมาก

Tieguanyin, a traditional Chinese famous tea, belongs to the category of green tea and is one of the top ten famous teas in China. The aging type is also called old tea or ripe tea. It is made by long-term storage and repeated processing of strong-flavored or delicate-scented Tieguanyin. It is also a semi-fermented tea. Its characteristics and taste are similar to Pu'er tea, black tea, and dark tea, and it has a heavy historical and cultural deposit
