1、发酵茶需要醒茶


是因为那些储存数年以上的紧压茶,由于长期存放,茶叶或多或少沾染了一些有益或者有害的细菌,加上撬茶,改变了茶叶原来的存在状态。这样把他们盛起来与空气充分接触,一些“见光死”的细菌或者病毒就此死去或者离开,一些陈年的味道挥发在空气中,茶叶表面与空气接触后加快氧化过程,从而唤醒茶叶中的

像乌龙茶,黑茶,大宗的红茶,白茶等是有醒茶这一步的,有些陈年的黑茶可能还要洗两次。


2、芽头较嫩的茶不需要醒茶


很多芽头做的比较嫩的茶、顶级比较高的绿茶、白茶、黄茶、红茶等,是不需要的醒茶的。这些品种的茶第一泡的,内涵物质是非常丰富,口感也特别鲜爽,醒茶只会让营养物流失。

3、要不要醒茶也取决于茶叶的品质


俗话说得好,一分钱一分货,像有些平台为了吸引人,就推出价格极低的茶叶,那么这种茶,再喝的时候就一定要醒茶了,因为相对来说,这种茶的制作工艺没有那么好的保障,为了个人的健康,还是建议醒茶。

二、醒茶的水喝不喝


第一泡茶喝不喝,本身并不做规定,完全取决于喝茶的人。


对于我来说,大部分的茶叶第一泡我都是不会倒掉的,因为我觉得茶叶是有物质组成的,其次它的第一泡至最后一泡,滋味、香气都会有微妙的变化,所以每一泡我都不想错过,想仔细品尝。就拿我们现在喝的这款红茶,第一泡茶,我就舍不得倒掉。
