爱茶人遇到好茶该怎么夸?每个行业都有自己的术语

爱茶人,经常期待与好茶邂逅。但真遇到好茶,该怎么夸呢?


不会是:“卧槽,这茶真好喝!”


其实,每个行业都有自己的术语。当然,也就是民间传说的“黑话”。


会茶术语的朋友喝到好茶时会说:“此茶口感饱满,入口即化,随之而来的是持久回甘,幽香如兰,韵味十足,是难得的茶中佳品呀!”




了解了专业术语,有助于我们更好的人际交往,认识与品鉴好茶。


俗话说,龙生九子各有不同。六大茶类,也是性格迥异,风格多变。


每一类茶,都有着不同的评判表决和审美角度。如同,络腮胡子长在男人脸上算“性感”,若是长在女孩脸上就成“喜感”了。


茶与人,皆是一理。“陈味”,对于一般绿茶都算缺点,但六堡茶和普洱茶则必须具有陈香味。


“松烟香”,对于一般白茶也属工艺欠缺,但小种红茶和黑毛茶则以松烟味为卖点。


因此,学“夸茶”是爱茶人的必修课程。


下面,我们从“长相”、“香气”、“滋味”、和“叶底”四个角度,来聊聊到底应该怎么“夸茶”。


一、绿茶


【夸长相】


细紧:条索细长紧卷而完整,有锋苗。


细嫩:细紧完整、显毫。


卷曲:呈螺旋状或环状卷曲。




【夸香气】


馥郁:香气鲜浓而持久,具有独特花果的香味。


鲜嫩:具有新鲜悦鼻的嫩茶香气。


清香:清新清纯爽快,香虽不高,但很幽雅。


花香:香气鲜锐,似鲜花香气。


栗香:似熟栗子香,强烈持久。




【夸滋味】


浓烈:味浓不苦,收敛性强,回味甘爽。


鲜浓:口感浓厚而鲜爽,含香有活力。


鲜爽:鲜洁爽口,有活力。




【夸叶底】


翠绿:色如青梅,鲜亮悦目。


嫩绿:叶质细嫩,色泽浅绿微黄,明亮度好。


嫩黄:色浅绿透黄,黄里泛白,亮度好。


二、白茶


【夸长相】


毫心肥壮:芽肥嫩壮大,茸毛多而密。


茸毛洁白:茸毛多,洁白而富有光泽。


芽叶连枝:芽叶相连成朵。


银芽绿叶:指毫心和叶背银白茸毛显露,叶面为灰绿色。




【夸香气】


嫩爽:鲜嫩、活泼、爽快的嫩茶香气。


毫香:白毫显露的嫩芽所具有的独特香气。


鲜纯:新鲜纯和,有毫香。




【夸滋味】


清甜:入口感觉清鲜爽快,有甜味。


醇爽:醇而鲜爽。


醇厚:醇而甘厚。




【夸叶底】


肥嫩:芽头肥壮,叶张柔软,厚实。


三、黄茶


【夸长相】


细紧:条索细长、紧卷完整,有锋苗。


肥直:全芽芽头肥壮挺直,满披茸毛,形状如针。


梗叶连枝:叶大梗长而相连,为霍山黄大茶外形特征。


金镶玉:“金”指芽头呈金黄的底色,“玉”是指满披白色银毫。特指君山银针。




【夸香气】


清鲜:清香鲜爽,细而持久。


嫩香:清爽细腻,有毫香。


高爽焦香:似炒青香,强烈持久。


【夸滋味】


甜爽:爽口而有甜感。


醇爽:醇而可口,回味略甜。


鲜醇:鲜洁爽口,甜醇。




【夸叶底】


肥嫩:芽头肥壮,叶质厚实。


嫩黄:黄里透白,叶质柔嫩,明亮度好。


四、青茶(乌龙茶)


【夸长相】


蜻蜓头:差条肥壮,叶端卷曲,紧结似蜻蜓头。


螺钉形:茶条拳曲如螺钉状,紧结、重实。


鳝皮色:砂绿蜜黄似鳝鱼皮色。


蛤蟆背色:叶背起蛙皮状砂粒白点。

观音韵:指安溪铁观音在香味方面具有特殊品种香味特征。


浓郁:带有浓郁持久的特殊花果香。


馥郁:别浓郁更雅的香气,称馥郁。




【夸滋味】


浓厚:味浓而不涩,浓醇适口,回味清甘。


鲜醇:入口有清鲜醇厚感,过喉甘爽。


醇厚:浓醇可口,回味略甜。




【夸叶底】


绿叶红镶边:做青适度,叶缘朱红明亮,中央浅黄绿色或青色。


软亮:叶色发亮有光泽称为“软亮”。


五、红茶


【夸长相】


毫尖:指金黄色茸毫的嫩芽。


细紧:条索细长挺直而紧卷,有锋毫。


细嫩:条细紧,金黄色芽毫明显。


乌润:乌黑而光泽,有活力。

【夸滋味】


鲜爽:鲜洁爽口,有活力。


爽口:有一定的刺激性,不苦不涩。


甜浓:味浓而甜厚,高级“祁红”常有的滋味。


鲜浓:浓厚而富有刺激性。


【夸叶底】


红艳:芽叶细嫩,红亮鲜艳悦目。


红亮:红色明快不炫目。


紫铜色:品质良好的红碎茶之叶底色泽。


六、黑茶


【夸长相】


紧度适合:压制松紧适度。


文理清晰:指砖面花纹、商标、文字等标记清晰。


泥鳅条:指紧卷圆直的茶条,状如泥鳅。


乌黑:乌黑而油润。


褐黑:黑中泛褐,是特级茯砖的色泽。




【夸香气】


松烟香:松柴熏焙带有松烟香,为湖南黑毛茶和六堡茶等传统香气特征。


陈香:香气纯陈,无任何霉味。


【夸滋味】


醇正:味尚浓,平和。


醇浓:醇厚间有浓稠感。




【夸叶底】


红褐:褐中泛红。


黄黑:黑中泛黄。


青褐:褐中泛青。


以上,是六大茶类的具体夸赞方法。下次遇到好茶,就不要吝惜自己的语言了。


选用合适的词汇夸茶,发朋友圈都显得有品位了。至于不好的茶,我们姑且统一称为“喝不惯”!

Each type of tea has different judging votes and aesthetic angles. Just like, a beard is considered "sexy" on a man's face, and "happy" if it grows on a girl's face.


Tea and people are the same thing. "Old flavor" is considered a disadvantage for general green tea, but Liubao tea and Pu'er tea must have an old flavor.
