好喝的铁观音必须具备下面这些特点:




1、兰花香气


上等好品质的铁观音,必须香气如兰,并且是非常的清幽细长的,穿透力非常的强,浓烈而不张扬,茶香非常的迷人。


如果是一般品质,或是不好品质的铁观音,是感受不到兰花香的,并且还有其他的味道,茶香淡淡,口感虽然还可以接受,但香气方面基本上是没有什么特别之处的。




2、好品质铁观音口感


你知道吗?高级品质的铁观音,茶汤入口非常的顺滑,细腻,非常的幽穿透力,品饮后,有种唇齿留香的感觉,给人非常的美好,可以用非常好喝来形容。


入喉后,回甘乏起,强度、持久度是其他茶叶所不可以相比的;是从上的一些一般品质的铁观音,强调低、不够持久,虽然有明显的花香味,饮用后香味明显,但往往茶汤好感是不明显的。




3、耐泡度高
