福建农林大学:为什么说“中午采摘的铁观音茶品质更好”?

采摘技术是影响安溪铁观音品质好坏的重要因素。铁观音一年可采摘3—5次,在五一劳动节前后采摘的茶叶品质最好。即使同一天,不同时间采摘的鲜叶,品质也存在差异。


具体来说,茶农在上午11时至下午15时采摘的鲜叶叫“午青”,由于其水分含量较少,刚刚经过一个光合作用高峰,铁观音品质含量较高。福建农林大学安溪茶学院茶学系林金科教授带大家一起了解安溪铁观音的采摘技术。


Picking technology is an important factor affecting the quality of Anxi Tieguanyin. Tieguanyin can be picked 3-5 times a year, and the quality of tea picked around May 1st Labor Day is the best. Even on the same day, fresh leaves picked at different times have different qualities.


Specifically, the fresh leaves picked by tea farmers from 11:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. are called "Wuqing". Because of their low water content, they have just passed a peak of photosynthesis and have high quality content. Professor Lin Jinke from the Department of Tea Science of Anxi Tea College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University took everyone to learn about the picking techniques of Anxi Tieguanyin.
