铁观音茶叶除醛的原理


1、铁观音茶叶本身也是多孔结构,可以物理吸附甲醛;


2、铁观音茶叶中含有多种活性物质,如茶胺酸、咖啡因、茶多酚等可与甲醛发生化学吸附。


在低温时,以物理吸附为主,高温时,以化学为主。


原理上行得通,但是实际应用中,效率很低。




观音茶梗的吸附原理其实和活性炭一样,通过孔来吸收,但是茶叶种类繁多,并不是每一种茶都可以吸收甲醛的。


活性炭的孔比茶叶多且大,但吸附能力也非常有限,而茶叶的吸收能力比活性炭弱多了,因此单单依靠茶叶解决甲醛问题,几乎是痴人说梦。




抛开效率的问题,还有就是饱和的问题,活性炭因为微孔很多,所以相对来说,能够吸附较多的甲醛,而茶叶的能够吸附的量是远小于活性炭的。简单来说就是茶叶对于甲醛的吸收作用是微乎其微的,一小块活性炭就能完爆茶叶。
