铁观音差价有多大



铁观音的工序多,工艺深奥,而且品质受天气影响很大,甚至同样的一片茶园,同一天时间采摘制作。都有可能差价很大,有多大?按照今年春茶相对低价的一斤20元(茶农出售的都是毛茶),相对高价的200元算。那差价就是10倍。其实是远远不止的。




这是铁观音相比其他茶类的一个非常不同的特性。所以你一定不要把自己仅仅当成一个茶农来看待,每一个铁观音茶农都要把自己当成技术员。




还有另外一个更奇葩的特性,可能是我们本地特有的。就是你在收购铁观音的时候,茶农不开价,反而让茶商来出价。




这一点就相当不厚道,而且极度不礼貌。让人感觉你的心机城府深不可测,反正到目前,我还没有见过那一种商品会让客人出价的,除了旅游景区那些高价的玄虚的商品。




哪怕你想卖高价,你也要直截了当说出来。或者你怕说错了,你也可以说我们来参考一个价格。




更干脆的除了明码标价,还要不议价,不二价。




我最怕的就是到自由服装市场,那种可以3折砍价的,你永远也不知道什么是底价。反正这种不标价,可以随意砍价,甚至搞什么满多少减多少,满多少送什么的套路,我是极度反感的。





为什么你的客户总是很少




除了产品品质本身,还有一个重要原因就是放下你的城府,想客户之所想,反正让客户出价这种事我万万是开不了口的。




如果把茶叶价格卖高了,伤害的是长期利益,客户无法积淀。如果把价格卖低了,伤害的是自己眼前的利益,但很有可能获得长远的利益。




其实我们和茶商是合作的关系,你要留一点的利润给他,自然他每次买茶叶首先想到的是你。这是长久合作的基础和前提。而且你每次开的价格不用砍价,没有心机,都能有适当的利润。



其实作为茶商,每一笔交易数额大都是几千甚至上万,对他们来讲,压力是很大的。每一次收茶,就像上战场杀敌。而竟然有这样一个茶农,也不用砍价,就自然留了一部分利润。你就是他的好友,长期合作伙伴。




我自己的经验,我有几位经销商客户,茶叶都是我打理的,从来没有砍价过,合作了10多年。大概就是他的茶叶卖完了,发个微信来说说这一批要几斤,品质问题从不过问。




这样合作才是双赢,如果每一批都要试喝,都要问你口感怎样,香气怎样,耐泡不耐泡。你说这有多麻烦。




最关键的就是定价




比制茶工艺核心更关键的就是定价,铁观音茶农的身份有很多种,不但是制茶工艺的技术,还是铁观音质量的审评能力都要。





因此制茶季节,我认为茶农都要侧重于当一个技术员,如果只是埋头苦干一些体力活。看似很勤劳,但是这真的很难致富,精力用错了地方了。




铁观音的属性决定了技术凌驾于一切之上。那你要干什么呢?就是交流,钻研,分析,复盘,就是看看茶青,泡泡茶叶。




因为定价这一个环节超级重要,单个茶农朋友很难准确定价,价格定高了,茶叶砸在手里卖不出去,或者折杀了茶商。定低了,辛苦的血汗钱打水漂了。




所以这时候需要交流,我成立新寨村茶农群的一个主要目的就是解决这个难题。




茶叶要烘干的时候,我们村的茶农,可以拿自己生产的茶叶,我们集中到一块,像茶王赛一样斗一下。这样就大概能知道自己的品质水平了。所谓三个臭皮匠顶的过一个诸葛亮。这么多的茶农讨论出来的结果一定更客观。




在自己还没准确定价之前,如有客户来询价。你就实话实说,还没定价,可以送样品给客人,然后加一下微信,定好价格就通知他。这样你就积累了一个客户了。




比如在早上8/10点集会比较合适,定好了价格,茶叶也大概烘干,茶商也大概进场了。




而且这个工作每天都必须做。有些茶农一看到斗茶,总是很自卑,人家是改良的茶园,手工采摘怎么比。对了,我们可以分组比。机器采摘,普通茶园为一组。




通过这种斗茶活动,激发我们的 热情,启迪我们的灵感,我们都是队友,相互依靠的队友,任何的困难都可以解决。




除此以外,还可以复盘一下,品质的优缺点,为明天需要怎样改进提供方案,这样你就不断进步了。

According to the relatively low price of 20 yuan per catty of spring tea this year (the tea farmers sell all Mao tea), the relatively high price is 200 yuan. That difference is 10 times. In fact, it is far more than that.




This is a very different characteristic of Tieguanyin compared to other teas. So you must not treat yourself only as a tea farmer, every Tieguanyin tea farmer must treat himself as a technician.




There is another, more bizarre feature that may be unique to our locality. That is, when you bought Tieguanyin, the tea farmers did not ask for the price, but let the tea merchants make the bid.




This is rather unkind and extremely impolite. It makes people feel that your scheming is unfathomable. Anyway, so far, I have never seen that kind of product that will make customers bid, except for those high-priced and mysterious products in tourist attractions.




Even if you want to sell at a high price, you have to say it directly. Or if you are afraid of making a mistake, you can also say that we will refer to a price.




More simply, in addition to the clearly marked price, but also no bargaining, no second price.




What I am most afraid of is to go to the free clothing market, the kind that can be bargained for 30% off, you never know what the reserve price is. Anyway, this kind of routine that does not list the price, you can bargain at will, and even make a routine of how much you can get rid of when you are full, and I am extremely disgusted with it.





why your customers are always few




In addition to the quality of the product itself, another important reason is to put down your shrewdness and think about what customers think. Anyway, I can't say anything about asking customers to bid.




If the price of tea is sold high, it will hurt long-term interests, and customers will not be able to accumulate. If you sell the price low, you will hurt your immediate interests, but you are likely to gain long-term interests.




In fact, we have a cooperative relationship with the tea merchant. You have to leave a little profit to him. Naturally, every time he buys tea, the first thing he thinks of is you. This is the basis and premise of long-term cooperation. And every time you open the price without haggling, there is no scheming, you can have an appropriate profit.



In fact, as tea merchants, the amount of each transaction is mostly thousands or even tens of thousands. For them, the pressure is great. Every time I collect tea, it is like going to the battlefield to kill the enemy. But there is such a tea farmer, and he naturally keeps a part of the profit without haggling. You are his friend and long-term partner.




In my own experience, I have several dealer customers, and I take care of the tea. I have never bargained for the price, and have cooperated for more than 10 years. Probably because his tea was sold out, he sent a WeChat to say how many kilograms this batch would cost, and never asked about the quality.




This kind of cooperation is a win-win situation. If you want to try each batch, you have to ask you how it tastes, how it smells, and whether it is resistant to foaming or not. You say how troublesome it is.




The most important thing is the price




More critical than the core of the tea-making process is the pricing. There are many identities of Tieguanyin tea farmers, not only the technology of the tea-making process, but also the ability to evaluate the quality of Tieguanyin.





Therefore, during the tea-making season, I think tea farmers should focus on being a technician, if they just bury their heads in some manual work. It seems very hard-working, but it is really difficult to get rich, and the energy is used in the wrong place.




The attributes of Tieguanyin determine that technology is above everything else. So what are you going to do? It is to communicate, study, analyze, review, and look at tea green and bubble tea.




Because pricing is very important, it is difficult for a single tea farmer to set prices accurately. If the price is set high, the tea leaves cannot be sold, or the tea merchants are killed. Set low, hard-earned money wasted.




Therefore, communication is needed at this time. One of the main purposes of my establishment of the Xinzhai Village Tea Farmers Group is to solve this problem.




When the tea leaves are about to be dried, the tea farmers in our village can take their own tea leaves, gather them together, and fight like the king of tea. This way you can probably know your quality level. The so-called three cobblers surpassed one Zhuge Liang. The results discussed by so many tea farmers must be more objective.




If you have a customer to inquire about the price before you have an accurate price. You can tell the truth, there is no price yet, you can send samples to the customer, then add WeChat, and notify him when the price is set. This way you accumulate a client.




For example, it is more appropriate to hold a meeting at 8/10 in the morning, after the price has been set, the tea leaves are probably dried, and the tea merchants are likely to enter the venue.




And this work has to be done every day. Some tea farmers always feel inferior when they see fighting tea. They are improved tea gardens. How can hand-picking be compared. By the way, we can group ratio. Machine picking, common tea garden as a group.




Through this tea fighting activity, we can stimulate our enthusiasm and inspire our inspiration. We are all teammates, teammates who rely on each other, and any difficulties can be solved.
