铁观音带有乌龙茶的三大特征:味醇、香气高、耐冲泡


铁观音的发源地就是福建安溪,也是铁观音的核心产区。


自然条件得天独厚,茶树的品势很高,特别适合制作成乌龙茶。


铁观音的采制一年分为四季。谷雨到立夏为春茶;夏至到小暑分为夏茶;立秋到处暑分为暑茶;秋分到寒露分为秋茶。


铁观音的制作工艺分为:晾青、晒青、做青、炒青、揉捻、初焙、复焙、复包揉、小火慢烤、拣簸



铁观音的香型可以分为三类,分别为:清香型、浓香型、沉香型


清香型的口感比较淡,舌尖略带微甜,偏向现代的工艺制法,在市场上的占有量比较多。其颜色翠绿、茶汤清澈、香气馥郁,花香明显。



浓香型铁观音,色泽砂绿带红色汤色金黄,香气呈花香和炒米香,滋味醇厚、爽滑


沉香型铁观音,经过长时间的存储,并且反复加工而成,也属于半发酵茶,色泽五黑,茶汤浓郁,沉香凝韵。其口味接近黑茶。

1.水温为100摄氏度


2.茶具:尽量采用盖碗的方式
