确保质量和生态的内部培训


质量是一个品牌的生命线。安溪以茶园生态为核心,对茶叶主产区和核心产区实施最严格的生态保护,为品牌发展绘就良好的生态底色。


“茶园套种大豆、花生等豆科作物和油菜花,可以作为茶园的绿肥,大大提高茶叶的产量和品质。”走进龙圈乡的一个生态茶园,茶中有茶,茶中有林。生态图片随处可见。茶园的负责人刘金龙说,茶园的生物多样性还可以发挥生态系统的自然调节作用,减少茶树上30%以上的病虫害。

茶园小环境优化了,大环境也要“绿”。在全域生态方面,安溪县实施茶叶主体功能区规划,探索茶叶产区分级管理,实行“山长制”。每年实施造林和林分改造2万亩以上,实施茶山生态整治3万亩以上。


为了将品质的理念写入铁观音茶叶基因,不久前,“安溪铁观音一号”卫星发射成功。“该卫星具有高分辨率、高集成度和智能化的特点。它可以从高空轨道上检测茶树的生长和虫害,并追溯茶树周期的质量。”安溪县负责人自豪地说,这是我国第一颗卫星。以茶叶品牌命名的遥感卫星,将为茶园信息化、数据化建设添上“翅膀”。
