走进满目青翠、云雾缭绕的祥华镇杞木林茶山,我们遇到了正在采茶的马莲花,她不仅会采茶、制茶,而且是制作茶叶宴的一把好手。一到家,马大姐就走进厨房开始和弟弟张罗起来,洗铁观音茶叶、切姜丝、泡红茶……有条不紊地准备着各种配料。






马大姐给我们做的第一道菜是金酥茶尖。将鲜茶叶用水洗净,沥干,稍微揉捻,裹上事先准备好的鸡蛋面糊,放进油锅中,炸至金黄便可捞出,油炸的时间虽然短,但也要掌握好油温和火候。刚出锅的金酥茶尖吃起来清爽酥脆,满口回甘。
