铁观音喝春茶好还是秋茶好？

经常有人问我:铁观音喝春茶好还是秋茶好？

提到铁观音的春茶和秋茶，人们会想到“春水秋香”。顾名思义，春茶喝水，秋茶品香。虽然不是绝对的，但是春茶的口感会更好，秋茶的香气会更浓郁。

纵观各大茶类，春茶品质最好，铁观音也是。

经过近半年的酝酿和蓄势，茶树在春暖花开的季节萌发新芽。春季气候温和，含水量适宜，光合强度低，茶树生长正常，茶芽粗壮，叶肉厚，色泽翠绿，叶质柔软，茶叶内含物丰富，氨基酸和果胶类物质含量高，多酚类物质含量低。所以春茶气味清新，水质柔和，甘甜醇厚。同时春茶特别耐泡，“七泡香，九泡有回味”。此外，春茶季节气温较低，病虫害发生相对较少。适合产茶的高海拔地区一般不需要喷洒农药，春茶更安全更健康！

秋天，秋高气爽，气温高，雨水少，日照强。春茶之后，茶树在夏季和夏季采摘，所以秋茶香气较高，但口感纯正，相对较淡！因为秋茶香气浓郁，再加上春天雨水多，不利于采茶。所以喜欢满香气的茶友，都认为秋茶比春茶好，甚至有“春茶苦，夏茶涩，需香，秋白露(指秋茶)”的说法。

In autumn, the air is crisp, the temperature is high, the rain is less, and the sunshine is strong. After spring tea, tea trees are picked in summer and summer, so the aroma of autumn tea is high, but the taste is pure and relatively weak! Because autumn tea has a strong aroma, coupled with the heavy rain in spring, it is not conducive to tea picking. Therefore, tea lovers who like full aroma think that autumn tea is better than spring tea, and there is even the saying that "spring tea is bitter, summer tea is astringent, it needs to be delicious, and autumn white dew (refers to autumn tea)".
