While reading, drinking tea. Isn't that the most comfortable leisure in life?

Reading can not only increase your knowledge, but also broaden your horizons and understand the world; reading is an important way to settle your mind, it can improve people's temperament and self-cultivation, and also nourish people's spirit.

The more I read, the more my heart and my soul are enriched. There is a saying that "there is poetry and calligraphy in the belly of China". As Sanmao said, "The more you read, the more your appearance will change naturally. Many times, you may think that many of the books you have read are gone, and you will no longer remember them. In fact, they are still in your potential temperament, in conversation, and in mind. Of course, it may also be revealed in life and writing.”

Reading, the ancestors enjoyed it, but today's people are not so. With the advent of high-tech entertainment products such as televisions, computers and smartphones. Fewer and fewer Chinese are really studying. Suffice it to say, few people have the patience to finish a book. According to media reports, Chinese people read 0.7 books per year, compared with 7 books per year for Koreans, 40 books for Japanese, and 55 books for Russians. If it goes on like this, it will be worrying!

For the future of China and the rejuvenation of the nation, we should call out loudly: young people! Put down your phone and pick up your book.

In fact, reading is not only a hobby, but also a habit, and it is a habit that should be cultivated since childhood. Before modern China, Chinese people attached great importance to reading. Reading has become a social norm. Walk thousands of miles and read thousands of books. If you read a lot, you will be able to write articles with ease. As the saying goes, "When you read thousands of volumes, you can write like a god."

And the same goes for tea. It's not enough just to be interested, but also to develop a habit. With the increase of publicity, more and more people know the health benefits of drinking tea. Therefore, more and more people began to drink tea and accept the tea culture.

There used to be a popular question, what would you do if the world had ten minutes left? I believe that people who like to drink tea will answer unanimously: drink tea!

Tea, tastes the taste, enters the heart, and feels the environment!

In today's fast-paced life, while enjoying a colorful life and bringing us infinite fun, we still advocate reading more and drinking more tea. If you drink tea while reading, it is not only a kind of leisure, but also a kind of enjoyment. Throughout the modern history of China, those who love both reading and drinking tea can achieve a great career. Give a few examples! Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty liked to read books and drink tea at the same time. The handed down paintings are carved; Mao Zedong likes to read while drinking tea. It seems casual, but it is actually thinking about national affairs. The list goes on and on.

Reading and drinking tea are all about relaxing and spending time, and more about cultivating sentiment and self-cultivation, which is what the wise do. If you love tea, you also love reading, which is a great joy in life!
