那个茶类需要冰箱冷藏

1.需要冰箱或冷库冷藏的茶叶


经过科学实验表明,当储存温度低于5度时,茶叶氧化的速度最慢,保存的时间最长。因此,想要获得长时间存储保鲜效果,就需要冰箱和专业冷库。


但是,并非所有的茶叶都需要放在制冷设备中存储。一般来讲,只有不发酵和轻度发酵的茶叶需要冷藏。比如绿茶、黄茶和乌龙茶中的铁观音。


家庭存储这些茶类,一般需要放在冰箱冷藏室,保持在0~5℃的温度,如果是较长时间存储,比如说超过一年以上,才需要使用急冻室。


家庭冷藏茶叶需要注意的是一定要做好密封,尽量与其他食物分割开来,以免茶叶吸收异味,出现变色变味的情况。


如果是茶商,一般会选择专用冷库来储存绿茶和铁观音。这些专用冷藏室的储存效果比家庭中的冰箱还要好,因为它们只用来存储茶叶,不用于储存其他食物和有异味的杂物。而且冷藏室中的干湿度比冰箱中的干湿度控制得更好,储存的时间更长,品质保证的也更为完好。



2.常温储存的茶叶


如果是家庭存储茶叶,除了前面所提到的绿茶黄茶和铁观音以外,其他大部分茶类都可以在常温下存储。不管是白茶还是红茶,又或者是黑茶和乌龙茶,都属于发酵茶,在制作过程中或制作结束后,都进行过一定程度的氧化发酵,在常温环境中可以保存更长时间,不会出现变色变味的情况。


这些茶叶存储时只要做好密封防潮防异味管理,就可以在自己的保质期内正常饮用,不需要特别采用冰箱低温冷藏储存方式。


像红茶和乌龙茶,本身经过发酵之后,多酚类物质分解为茶黄素和茶红素,陈化速度很慢,即使在常温环境中,也能保持相对稳定的状态,品质不会有太大影响。


普洱茶具有越陈越香的特点,需要在一定的温度湿度环境下陈化,在微生物的作用之下,或者更好地转化品质。如果放在冰箱中,低温环境无法满足需要,也无法让微生物正常活动繁衍。


所以在家庭的存储过程中,这些茶都可以常温放置,只要远离异味,把握好密封,防止阳光直射以及注意环境通风就好。



3.专业存茶仓储


其实这种专业茶汤不是哪一个人能够拥有的,跟普通家庭存茶也没有太大关系,这里只简单顺带提一句。


在普洱茶的存储过程中,经过长时间的研究分析和论证,已经形成了一整套科学的存储方法,针对不同的茶叶,设计了不同的存储方式,对各个茶仓的温度湿度通风环境等各个方面进行综合科学设计,以确保普洱茶能够达到最优储存效果。


这种专业茶仓仓储方式已经从普洱茶向白茶领域传播,毕竟白茶也是可以长时间存储并获得良好转化的老茶。不过这些专业机构投资巨大,跟个人也没有太大的关系,与家庭存茶方式差别很大。



4.六大茶类的保质期


说完了家庭茶叶存储的方式方法后,我们给大家补充一下各大茶类的保质期。只有在存储得当的情况下,茶叶在保质期内才能放心饮用,如果超过保质期,尽量不要再喝。


一般而言,绿茶和黄茶基本相似,两者的保质期也大抵相同,正常以18个月到24个月,也就是一年半到两年的时间。因为绿茶以新鲜为主,过了两年之后再怎么放,其实也没有太多鲜爽的滋味了。


乌龙茶和红茶,属于半发酵茶和全发酵茶,保质期比绿茶要长,正常三年左右。但是保存情况良好的话,5年以内的红茶也可以正常饮用。如果超过5年,一般不建议继续品饮。


白茶和黑茶都属于可以长期存放转化的茶类,只要条件允许,环境适宜,具有越陈越香的特点。而这两者的保质期,都是长期。但是茶叶在长时间存储过程中,到了一定期限之后,品质并不会继续提升,而会出现缓慢下降的趋势,这一点需要注意。

If you are a tea merchant, you usually choose a special cold storage to store green tea and Tieguanyin. The storage effect of these dedicated refrigerator compartments is better than that of refrigerators in the home, because they are only used to store tea leaves, not other foods and odorous sundries. Moreover, the dry humidity in the refrigerator is better controlled than that in the refrigerator, the storage time is longer, and the quality assurance is more intact.



2. Tea leaves stored at room temperature


If you store tea at home, except for the green tea, yellow tea and Tieguanyin mentioned above, most other teas can be stored at room temperature. Whether it is white tea or black tea, or black tea and oolong tea, they are all fermented teas. They have undergone a certain degree of oxidative fermentation during the production process or after the production. They can be stored for a longer time at room temperature without appearing Discoloration and odor.


As long as these teas are properly sealed, moisture-proof, and odor-proof when stored, they can be consumed normally within their own shelf life, and there is no need to specially adopt the low-temperature refrigeration storage method in the refrigerator.


Like black tea and oolong tea, after fermentation, the polyphenols are decomposed into theaflavins and thearubigins, and the aging speed is very slow. Even in the normal temperature environment, it can maintain a relatively stable state, and the quality will not have much impact.


Pu-erh tea has the characteristics of getting more and more fragrant with age. It needs to be aged under a certain temperature and humidity environment, under the action of microorganisms, or to better transform the quality. If placed in the refrigerator, the low temperature environment cannot meet the needs and cannot allow the normal activities of microorganisms to multiply.


Therefore, in the process of home storage, these teas can be stored at room temperature, as long as they are kept away from odors, well sealed, protected from direct sunlight, and pay attention to environmental ventilation.



3. Professional tea storage


In fact, this kind of professional tea soup is not owned by anyone, and it has nothing to do with the storage of tea in ordinary families.


In the storage process of Pu-erh tea, after a long period of research, analysis and demonstration, a set of scientific storage methods has been formed. Different storage methods have been designed for different tea leaves. Comprehensive scientific design is carried out to ensure that Pu-erh tea can achieve the best storage effect.


This professional tea warehouse storage method has spread from Pu'er tea to the white tea field. After all, white tea is also an old tea that can be stored for a long time and obtain good transformation. However, these professional institutions have a huge investment and have little to do with individuals. They are very different from the way families store tea.



4. The shelf life of the six major types of tea


After talking about the methods and methods of home tea storage, we will add to you the shelf life of major teas. Only in the case of proper storage, tea can be safely consumed within the shelf life. If it exceeds the shelf life, try not to drink it again.


Generally speaking, green tea and yellow tea are basically similar, and the shelf life of the two is roughly the same, usually 18 months to 24 months, that is, one and a half to two years. Because green tea is mainly fresh, no matter how you put it after two years, there is not much fresh taste.
