锅中不放油,直接炒干绿茶茶叶,用木棍碾碎,根据锅的大小调整茶叶的量;

然后放入大块姜,也用棍子碾碎,绿茶与生姜比例是1:1;

接着放入一头大蒜凿开,把水气炒干;

炒干后加入少许油,油热后再加入不带叶子的葱头爆锅;

How long can the tea last? Is it more fragrant?

The shelf life of tea is related to the variety of tea. The processing technology of different teas is different, and the storage time and its impact are also different.

Green tea, the process is not fermented, and most categories also emphasize freshness and tenderness. The shelf life at room temperature is generally about one year, which is not suitable for long-term storage. And the longer it is placed, the freshness will decrease, and the taste concentration will not be as good as before.

Oolong tea belongs to semi-fermented tea and has a shelf life of about 18 months in the refrigerator. And those that have been roasted, such as Wuyi rock tea, can still be drunk after 2 years, but the old tea in the next year has a rich aroma and a mellow taste; the longer the Tieguanyin is stored properly, the better.

Black tea, a fully fermented tea, generally tastes best within three years.

Both white tea and dark tea have storage value. After a long time of transformation, the taste and quality will be improved. Especially for white tea, we have always said that "one year tea, three years medicine, seven years treasure". But this is under the premise of proper storage.

As for Pu-erh tea, it is special, divided into raw tea and cooked tea. Generally speaking, the shelf life of raw tea is about 5 years, and the more fragrant it will be; while the shelf life of cooked tea is more than 15 years, the more the tea soup is placed, the more delicate the taste will be. slip.

However, it should be noted that any improper storage of tea leaves will affect the taste and even deteriorate.

2

Tea leaves have expired, can I still drink them?

In fact, the shelf life on the tea packaging bag or box is just an official reference number. More precisely, it is the "best drinking period", that is, the time when the aroma, taste and taste of tea are the best.

As for whether the tea can be drunk or not, it is not just the number of shelf life, but more importantly, whether the tea has "deteriorated".

How to tell if tea leaves are spoiled

Smell: Green tea has strong adsorption and hygroscopicity, and can easily absorb some odors. If the tea has lost its original aroma and has a stale or musty smell, it is best not to drink it.

Look: the color of the tea leaves is dark yellow, the leaves are not "brittle", and most of them are spoiled. Undeteriorated green tea, which is normally bright in color and has a water content of 7%, can be kneaded and kneaded into powder.

Soaking: Take some tea leaves and soak them for a while to see if the soup color is pure and whether the concentration of the tea soup has changed. If the tea soup becomes cloudy, it is not suitable to drink it.

The main factors that affect the quality of tea are temperature, light and humidity. By reducing or eliminating these factors, the quality of tea can be better guaranteed.

2

Tea is good, but it's not "all-purpose"

There are many nutrients in tea, so there are many rumors about its efficacy on the Internet:

1

Can drinking tea fight cancer?

In recent years, there has been a lot of news about drinking tea to fight cancer.

Cell and animal experimental studies have shown that although tea polyphenols have certain preventive and control effects on lung cancer and colon cancer, there is still a lack of convincing direct evidence in humans.

In addition, there are many active ingredients in tea, but the content is limited. It does not mean that drinking tea alone can prevent cancer.

2

Can drinking tea help you hangover?

Tea has a refreshing effect, so many people think that drinking tea can sober up, especially drinking strong tea, the effect is better.

In fact, it is not the case. Strong tea not only does not cure hangovers (the hangover mainly depends on enzymes), but also damages the kidneys.

Theophylline in strong tea can quickly produce a diuretic effect through the kidneys, which will promote the premature entry of unoxidized acetaldehyde into the kidneys. Acetaldehyde is highly toxic to the kidneys, which can damage glomerular and tubular cells and cause harm to renal function.

3

Can tea remove formaldehyde?

Tea has a certain adsorption effect, so many people will use it as a refrigerator deodorant, and some people will put a lot of tea in the new house and use it to remove formaldehyde.

But in fact, the effect of tea on formaldehyde is only physical adsorption, and the absorption effect is minimal. Tea leaves only cover up the smell of formaldehyde, but it does not mean that the air is truly purified.

Ventilation is the most direct and affordable method of removing formaldehyde, which uses the flow of indoor air to reduce the content of indoor pollutants.

3

Tea is good, but it will benefit if you drink it right

The active ingredients in tea can help lower lipids, regulate blood pressure, control sugar, reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular morbidity and mortality, and improve human immunity... However, there are some precautions when drinking tea:

1

Drink different teas at different times

Drinking green tea early in the morning can promote the functions of the viscera and enter the "work" faster, and has the effect of invigorating the yang qi, refreshing the brain, and moistening the spleen and stomach.

Drinking oolong at noon has the effect of digestion. However, it is recommended to drink it 1 hour after meals.

Drink cooked Pu at night. Its tea polyphenol content is low, it is not easy to affect sleep, and it can also harmonize the stomach, nourish the kidney, and soothe the nerves.

2

Three types of tea should not be drunk

The first tea contains some dust impurities, so when we drink tea, we usually wash the tea first, and then drink it.

Strong tea, that is, the amount of tea leaves put at one time is too large, the brewing time is long, and the taste is bitter and astringent. Such tea can easily make people overexcited, cause insomnia, increase the burden on the heart and kidneys, and stimulate the gastric mucosa, inhibit the body's absorption of calcium, and increase the risk of disease.

Healthy adults drink about 12 grams of tea a day, 3 grams each time, and it is appropriate to brew with 150 ml of water.

long tea. The longer the time is, not only the tea flavor will be lost, but the nutrients will also be lost; and if it is placed too long, it may be polluted by the surrounding environment, and microorganisms and bacteria will inevitably invade, so it is not recommended to drink.

How to eat tea

In addition to directly soaking in water, there are actually many different ways to eat tea:

Camellia, the secret of longevity

Camellia oleifera is a longevity food that has been handed down since ancient times. It was even named "Shuangshen Tang" by Qianlong.

practice:

Without putting oil in the pot, fry the green tea leaves directly, crush them with a wooden stick, and adjust the amount of tea leaves according to the size of the pot;

Then put in a large piece of ginger and crush it with a stick. The ratio of green tea to ginger is 1:1;

Then put in a head of garlic and chisel it, and fry the water to dry;

After frying, add a little oil, and when the oil is hot, add the shallots without leaves and fry them;

Finally add boiling water, strain it and bring it to a boil, keeping it boiling all the time.

Tea and rice to aid digestion

As early as in the medical book "Materia Medica Supplements" in the Tang Dynasty in my country, there was such a record about cooking rice with tea: eating for a long time makes people thin.

Tea polyphenols can promote the secretion of human digestive juice and help digestion; and it is also good for the decomposition of fat.

Many experts like to use tea to cook porridge: a handful of rice, a small handful of tea leaves (queer tongue), and a small handful of wolfberry to cook porridge; if it is troublesome, you can directly replace the water you usually cook with tea.
