Recently, in a green tea garden on the hillside of Jinshan Village, Dongming Township, Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, Sheng Wenbin was playing with a steel-framed glass house. This glass house is called Tianmu Jinye Jinshan Digital Park. It is equipped with digital systems such as real-time monitoring, integrated water and fertilizer irrigation, and light and temperature regulation. It is expected to be put into use in June this year. After that, Sheng Wenbin and others just need to click on their mobile phones to create A suitable environment for tea seedlings to grow.

Ten years ago, Sheng Wenbin established the Xinchang County Kenong Tea Tree Professional Cooperative to introduce and cultivate new varieties of tea seedlings, but traditional seedlings are easily affected by weather such as sunlight, rainfall and temperature. He began to explore the digital construction of the tea industry, and this glass house is his achievement. Sheng Wenbin also intends to introduce tea seeds from all over the country to Xinchang for preservation experiments and create a national "seed bank" for tea seedlings.

In 2020, Xinchang County's digital tea industry project was selected into the second batch of provincial-level rural revitalization industry development demonstration construction lists, mainly to promote the digitization of the entire tea industry chain, and soon build digital meteorological monitoring stations for six major tea mountains and large-scale tea gardens. In 2021, the first "tea brain" in Zhejiang Province will be built in Xinchang, which can count the production of fresh tea leaves in real time, monitor the growth of tea leaves through video, monitor the running status of machines, and remotely diagnose machine failures. In addition to continuing to improve the construction of the "tea brain", this year Xinchang will carry out digital upgrading and transformation of the tea industry chain, and explore the construction of integrated digital and precise management and control from tea seedling cultivation, tea garden management, tea processing, tea circulation and related industries.

The tea industry has become a pillar industry in Xinchang. The output value of tea accounts for one-third of the agricultural output value, and half of the local farmers' income comes from tea. On April 12, the Xinchang Giant Buddha Longjing Tea Culture Festival opened. At the meeting, Yu Rongxiang, deputy magistrate of Xinchang County, introduced that last year, the county's tea output reached 5,859 tons, with a tea output value of 1.336 billion yuan; the total transaction volume of China's tea market reached 16,800 tons, with a total transaction value of 6.124 billion yuan, and the transaction volume and transaction volume were all history. A new high; the total output value of the entire tea industry chain is 9.2 billion yuan. Dafo Longjing has been among the top ten regional public tea brands in China for 13 consecutive years, with a brand value of 5.004 billion yuan.
