安吉白茶是绿茶，不是白茶。

安吉白茶名字虽然带“白”字，却是实实在在的绿茶，因为茶的分类是按照加工工艺来算的。

那为什么叫白茶呢？因为春季低温时，安吉白茶的茶树芽叶发生变异，叶色极淡，接近白色，此茶产自浙江湖州市安吉县，故称为安吉白茶。

大红袍是乌龙茶，不是红茶。

大红袍的名字来源于一个传说故事，举子丁显上京赶考中途腹痛，巧遇一和尚好心给他喝茶治病，病痛即止，后来考中状元回来感谢和尚，并在茶树上披上红袍，“大红袍”茶因此而得名。其实是武夷岩茶，属于乌龙茶类，并非红茶。

君山银针是黄茶，不是白茶。

白毫银针是白茶没错，但不要看到“银”就误以为都是白茶。君山银针按工艺来分是属于黄茶，但由于其身披白毫，故称君山银针。

六安瓜片的“六”念lù，不念liù。

六安瓜片是中国十大名茶之一，产自安徽省六安市，六安是一个地名。其中“六”念作“陆”，而不是数字“6”。这个字很容易念错，一定要注意。

凤凰“单丛”，不是凤凰“单枞”。

在市面上，关于凤凰单丛有三种写法，分别是“单丛”“单枞”“单从”。从字面上来说，“丛”是“聚集”之意，指聚集而生的树木；“枞”是一种树名，别名冷杉，所以不对；“从”一看就不对啦。且根据潮州政府的通知文件，规定一律写作“单丛”。

潮汕“功夫”茶，“工夫”红茶，不要搞混。

虽然“功夫”与“工夫”意义相近，但还是有细微的差异的。“工夫红茶”是指花费时间、精力、力气制作出的红茶。“功夫茶”是指潮汕、福建、台湾等地讲究茶具、冲泡和品茶的饮茶习俗。

“鸭屎香”是香的，不是臭的！

“鸭屎香”并非有鸭屎的臭味，而是凤凰单丛的一种经典香型，也可以说是单丛茶的代表。

“鸭屎香”的名字来源也有几种说法，一种是茶农怕茶苗被人偷去，故意丑化茶名，另一种说法是该茶树栽种在俗称“鸭屎土”的黄土壤上，因此而得名。

“黄片”是正经的，不要想歪了！

茶叶中的“黄片”并不是“黄片儿”，不要想歪了。黄片不止普洱茶中有，其他茶中也有，茶叶粗制后，其中有一些较老的叶片揉捻不成形，形成粗松的茶片，通常需要跟茶籽、茶梗之类的一起挑拣出来。

莉花茶里没有花，是真的。

茉莉花茶里没有茉莉花，那怎么这么香？是不是加了香精？茉莉花茶的主要工艺，就是“窨香”，或称“窨花”，即把茶与花混合在一起，让茶吸收花香，再把花除去，反复多次才形成了茉莉花茶浓郁的香气。好的茉莉花茶一般看不见一片花瓣，而稍次一些的会留下部分。

洞庭湖产君山银针，洞庭山产碧螺春。

我们常说“洞庭碧螺春”，洞庭是哪里？碧螺春产自江苏省太湖里的洞庭山，洞庭山是东山、西山的合称，其实是湖中的两个岛。而洞庭湖是湖南省的，湖中有一个叫做君山的岛，盛产君山银针。

Dahongpao is oolong tea, not black tea.

The name of Dahongpao comes from a legend. Ding Xian, a son of Ding Xian, had abdominal pain in the middle of going to Beijing to take the test. He happened to meet a monk who kindly gave him tea to treat his illness. The pain stopped. , "Da Hong Pao" tea is named after it. In fact, it is Wuyi rock tea, which belongs to the category of oolong tea, not black tea.

Junshan Silver Needle is yellow tea, not white tea.

It is true that Baihao Yinzhen is white tea, but don't mistakenly think that it is all white tea when you see "silver". Junshan Silver Needle belongs to yellow tea according to the craftsmanship, but it is called Junshan Silver Needle because it is covered with Pekoe.

The "six" of Lu'an Guapian is pronounced lù, not liù.

Lu'an Guapian is one of the top ten famous teas in China. It is produced in Lu'an City, Anhui Province. Lu'an is a place name. Among them, "six" is pronounced as "Lu", not the number "6". This word is easy to mispronounce, so be careful.

Phoenix "Dan Cong", not Phoenix "Dan Cong".

In the market, there are three ways of writing Phoenix Dancong, namely "Shan Cong", "Shan Cong" and "Single Cong". Literally, "cluster" means "gathering", referring to the trees that grow together; "cong" is a tree name, alias fir, so it is wrong; "from" is wrong at first glance. And according to the notification document of the Chaozhou government, it is stipulated that it should always be written as "Single Cong".

Chaoshan "Kung Fu" tea and "Kung Fu" black tea should not be confused.

Although "Kung Fu" and "Kung Fu" have similar meanings, there are still subtle differences. "Gongfu black tea" refers to black tea made with time, energy and effort. "Kung Fu Tea" refers to the tea drinking customs in Chaoshan, Fujian, Taiwan and other places that pay attention to tea sets, brewing and tea tasting.

"Duck feces incense" is fragrant, not stinky!

"Duck feces fragrance" does not have the smell of duck feces, but a classic fragrance of Phoenix Dancong, which can also be said to be the representative of Dancong tea.

There are also several theories about the origin of the name of "Duck Shixiang". One is that the tea farmers deliberately smeared the tea name because they were afraid that the tea seedlings would be stolen. Hence the name.

The "yellow flakes" in tea are not "yellow flakes", don't think about it. Yellow flakes are not only found in Pu-erh tea, but also in other teas. After the tea leaves are crude, some of the older leaves are rolled out of shape, forming loose tea flakes, which usually need to be picked out together with tea seeds and tea stems.

There are no flowers in Lihua tea, it's true.

There is no jasmine in jasmine tea, so why is it so fragrant? Is it flavored? The main process of jasmine tea is "scenting fragrance", or "scenting flowers", that is, mixing tea with flowers, allowing the tea to absorb the fragrance of the flowers, and then removing the flowers. Repeatedly, the rich aroma of jasmine tea is formed. A good jasmine tea generally does not see a single petal, and a little less will leave a part.

Junshan Silver Needle is produced in Dongting Lake, and Biluochun is produced in Dongting Mountain.

We often say "Dongting Biluochun", where is Dongting? Biluochun is produced in Dongting Mountain in Taihu Lake, Jiangsu Province. Dongting Mountain is the collective name of Dongshan and Xishan, which are actually two islands in the lake. And Dongting Lake is in Hunan Province. There is an island called Junshan in the lake, which is rich in Junshan silver needles.
