沸水冲泡茶是热冲泡,热冲泡可以享受茶的优雅香气,品尝茶汤的甘甜醇厚。 冷水冲泡是冷冲泡茶,就是将茶叶放入茶杯中,用冷水冲泡,反复摇晃或搅拌,即可饮用色泽一致的茶,适合上班族、驾车人士 、游客等,提供更多便利。

冷水泡茶和热水泡茶的区别

冷泡茶对茶叶的要求比较高,并不是每一种茶都适合冷泡。 白茶中的绿茶、轻发酵乌龙茶、白毫银针和白牡丹更适合冷冲泡; 发酵度较高的红茶、铁观音、普洱茶不适合冷冲,冲泡苦涩无香。




冷泡茶用什么茶叶好


绿茶、轻发酵乌龙茶、白茶中的白毫银针和白牡丹更适合冷冲泡。发酵程度越低的茶,发酵越轻,冷泡时茶越生,味道越好。冷泡茶最好用新茶,这样才能口感醇厚。


高度发酵的红茶、铁观音、普洱茶不适合冷冲泡,因为它们味道苦,没有香气。不同的茶叶有不同的浸泡时间。例如,乌龙茶和高山茶最好浸泡三到四个小时,而有些绿茶会在 20 到 30 分钟后尝起来。冷泡茶最好用矿泉水,或者是凉开水,味道稍差。


冷泡茶不宜放置太久。 8小时内尽量不要喝冷泡茶,以免伤胃。体质虚寒的人最好不要喝冷泡茶。夏季从冰箱中取出冷泡茶后,应尽量在两小时内饮用。

Green tea, lightly fermented oolong tea, Baihao Yinzhen and white peony in white tea are more suitable for cold brewing; black tea, Tieguanyin and Pu-erh tea with higher fermentation degree are not suitable for cold brewing, they are bitter and tasteless.




What kind of tea is good for cold brew tea


Green tea, lightly fermented oolong tea, white tea with silver needles and white peony are more suitable for cold brewing. The less fermented the tea, the lighter the fermentation, the fresher the tea and the better the taste when cold brewed. Cold brew tea is best to use new tea, so as to taste mellow.


Highly fermented black tea, Tieguanyin, Pu'er tea are not suitable for cold brewing because they taste bitter and have no aroma. Different tea leaves have different steeping times. For example, oolong and alpine teas are best steeped for three to four hours, while some green teas will taste after 20 to 30 minutes. Cold brewed tea is best to use mineral water, or cold boiled water, the taste is slightly worse.


Cold brewed tea should not be left for too long. Try not to drink cold brewed tea within 8 hours, so as not to hurt the stomach. People with deficient constitution should not drink cold tea. After taking cold brewed tea from the refrigerator in summer, try to drink it within two hours.
