铁观音一般可以冲泡几次

冲泡铁观音茶叶,建议首选是盖碗、紫砂壶;冲泡水质的选择是山泉水、纯净水、矿物水;一般用盖碗冲泡的话,建议是掌握在6次左右就可以了。


  冲泡铁观音,一般第一次冲泡时间控制在40秒内;茶叶物质被浸出为20%,安溪铁观音茶香高杨、滋味醇厚、口感好。


  第二、三次冲泡,时间可以稍微长一些,不要超过60秒钟,铁观音茶叶被浸出物质为50%,茶汤香味、滋味、口感都非常不错。


  第四泡冲泡时长不要超过100秒,茶叶被浸出物质超过50%,铁观音茶汤香味、滋味、口感都是非常好的。


  第六次冲泡,可以延长一下出汤时间,为2-3分钟,这个时候茶叶营养物质基本被浸出,继续冲泡会导致苦涩成分慢慢被稀出,口感比较差。




  总结:铁观音茶叶冲泡6次差不多了,接下来继续冲泡,没有什么营养价值,并且也会冲泡出苦涩滋味。
