1.早上午来一杯红茶


在之前的文章中曾经多次提到过,空腹情况下不宜饮茶,因为可能会加重肠胃负担,刺激胃壁收缩。但是早上吃完饭之后,过半个小时左右,可以来一杯红茶。


红茶是全发酵茶,汤色红浓明亮,滋味醇厚甘爽,没什么刺激性,绝大多数人都可以接受。特别是那些肠胃虚弱的朋友,上午喝一杯红茶有利于调节肠胃,帮助消化,增强身体对营养物质的吸收能力。


红茶还可以调饮,比如搭配牛奶蜂蜜等其他饮品。按照自己的喜好,调一杯好喝的红茶,既能增加早餐的丰富度,又能提升营养价值,更重要的是,红茶可以提升幸福感以及工作的信心。




2.中下午来一杯绿茶


中午吃完饭之后不要立即喝茶。老话说得好,早上要吃好,中午要吃饱,晚上要吃少。对于大多数人而言,中午这顿午饭承接着一天上午和下午的能量需求,所以吃得比较多。


刚刚吃完饭,肚腹饱胀,此时不应立即喝茶。因为茶叶中含有部分鞣酸类物质,会影响铁元素的吸收。所以等食物进入肠胃之后,再喝茶才有利于健康。


中午午休起来,或者等到下午三四点钟,可以适当选择喝一杯绿茶。绿茶是完全不发酵的茶,刺激性较强,但却有极好的提神醒脑作用。


半下午时间正处于精神困乏的阶段,此时喝一杯绿茶可以让人更兴奋,让人更加充满活力,可以更好地面对接下来的工作和生活。




3.晚上喝一杯黑茶


晚上睡觉之前1~2个小时内不建议喝茶,因为大量喝茶会引起失眠症状,尤其是中老年茶客,平时喜欢喝浓茶,晚上喝多了茶叶会睡不着觉,对睡眠质量会产生重大影响。


但是,老茶客大多一日三餐离不开茶叶。晚上吃完饭之后,等上半个小时到一个小时,可以选择喝一些黑茶。


黑茶是后发酵茶,可以长期存储,时间越长,品质越高。转化越好,茶性越温和,刺激性越小。


更重要的是黑茶具有很好的去除油腻,消除脂肪的作用。晚上吃完饭之后喝一些黑茶,能够帮助肠胃消化,改善新陈代谢,起到更好的养生作用。


黑茶的种类很多,既可以喝安化黑茶或者是六堡黑茶,也可以选择熟普。但是需要注意的是,晚上喝黑茶一定要注意投茶量,尽量不要喝浓茶,而要选择淡茶。


如果是初学者,晚上最好不要喝茶或者少量喝茶。睡觉之前一定不能喝茶,否则会引起失眠症状。

3. Drink a cup of black tea at night


It is not recommended to drink tea 1 to 2 hours before going to bed at night, because drinking a lot of tea can cause symptoms of insomnia, especially for middle-aged and elderly tea drinkers, who usually like to drink strong tea. Significant impact.


However, most of the old tea drinkers cannot do without tea for three meals a day. After dinner in the evening, wait for half an hour to an hour, you can choose to drink some dark tea.


Dark tea is post-fermented tea and can be stored for a long time, the longer the time, the higher the quality. The better the transformation, the milder the tea, and the less irritating.


More importantly, black tea has a good effect of removing greasy and fat. Drinking some black tea after eating at night can help digestion, improve metabolism, and play a better role in health preservation.


There are many types of dark tea, you can drink Anhua dark tea or Liubao dark tea, or you can choose cooked Pu. However, it should be noted that when drinking dark tea at night, you must pay attention to the amount of tea, try not to drink strong tea, but choose weak tea.
