龙井


龙井茶位列中国十大名茶之首,得名于西湖之西一个叫“龙井”的泉池。龙井茶色泽翠绿,香气浓郁,甘醇爽口,形如雀舌,即有“色绿、香郁、味甘、形美”四绝的特点


普洱


闻名中外的普洱茶,数百年来以“普洱”二字出名,普洱茶的名称,和布朗族先民有着密切关系,“普洱”就是佤语“步日”、“步耳”的同名异写。优质普洱茶质、形、色、香、味、气、韵七品俱佳,其饮法也很奇特,是采用煮饮的方式,并辅之以葱、姜、盐等调料。




峨蕊


传说峨眉山峨蕊崮中,住着一位峨蕊仙子,她是一株得道万年的茶树,在峨眉山上种仙茶。一日,一位勤劳善良的茶农偶遇仙境茶林,不料惊动仙子,仙境茶林瞬间消失,化为一捆沾露的茶苗。茶农将茶苗带回,种在峨眉山中就是峨蕊茶。峨蕊茶叶子微微卷起,像花瓣,而内中吐露出来浓香,就像被花瓣包裹着的花蕊在吐露芬芳一样。




贡眉


贡眉,又被称为寿眉,茶叶酷似寿仙眉毛,俗称寿眉白茶。优质的贡眉成品茶毫心明显,茸毫色白且多,干茶色泽翠绿,冲泡后汤色呈橙色或深黄色,叶底匀整、柔软、鲜亮,叶片迎光看去,可透视出主脉的红色,品饮时感觉滋味醇爽,香气鲜纯。




碧螺春


碧螺春茶已有1000多年历史,当地民间最早叫洞庭茶,又叫吓煞人香。相传有一尼姑上山游春,顺手摘了几片茶叶,泡茶后奇香扑鼻,脱口而道“香得吓煞人”,后来康熙帝视察江南时品尝了这种汤色碧绿、卷曲如螺的名茶,赐名为碧螺春。




铁观音


铁观音之名出自乾隆,因茶叶形似观音脸重如铁,乾隆便赐名为“铁观音”。铁观音独具“观音韵”,清香雅韵,冲泡后有天然的兰花香,滋味纯浓,香气馥郁持久,有“七泡有余香之誉”。




大红袍


明朝年间,举子丁显上京赴考,路过武夷山时突然得病,巧遇天心永乐禅寺一和尚取其所藏茶叶泡与他喝,病痛即止。丁显考中状元之后,前来致谢和尚,问及茶叶出处,得知后脱下大红袍绕茶丛三圈,将其披在茶树上,故得“大红袍”之名。大红袍最突出的品质就是香气馥郁有兰花香,香高而持久,“岩韵”明显。




月光白


传说此茶在夜里,就着明月的光亮,采摘嫩芽为原料,并且从采收到加工完成,均不能见阳光,仅在月光下慢慢晾干,且采树的均为当地美貌年轻少女,故得名“月光美人”。




不知春


学名“武夷雀舌”,“不知春”是根据立春这一节气得名,茶芽在立春前后始生长。“不知春”茶汤色橙黄透亮、清澈无瑕,口感柔和丰满中带有清远的花香,口味醇厚绵长。




白牡丹


白牡丹因其绿叶夹银白色毫心,形似花朵,冲泡后绿叶托着嫩芽,宛如蓓蕾初放,故得美名。其香气清新,汤色淡黄,滋味鲜爽,是白茶中的极品。




透天香


乌龙茶,又名黄金桂,汤色金黄色有奇香似桂花。清咸丰年间(1850-1860),安溪罗岩茶农魏珍,到福洋探亲,回来路过北溪天边岭时,看到路边石缝间长着两株花开得引人注目的奇异茶树。便折下枝条带回家植于盆中,并压条繁殖,精心培育后单独采制,请邻居品尝。众人见此茶未揭杯盖已奇香扑鼻,遂盛赞为“透天香”。




金骏眉


红茶,汤色金黄,茶叶形状似眉毛。茶名是人工合成,取茶汤的“金”色,取研发者梁骏德的“骏”,取茶形状似“眉”毛。金骏眉大概是一个穿越的公子哥,盘着发髻拿着折扇,英气逼人。




云雾茶


云雾茶因产于南岳的高山云雾之中而得名,古称岳山茶。云雾茶,外形紧细,卷曲秀丽,开水冲后以色绿香浓、味醇、形秀著称。




雨花茶

湘波绿

祁门功夫


国外把“祁红”与印度大吉岭茶、斯里兰卡乌伐的季节茶,并列为世界公认的三大高香茶。祁红功夫茶条索紧秀,锋苗好,色泽乌黑泛灰光,俗称“宝光”;内质香气浓郁高长,似蜜糖香,又蕴藏有兰花香,汤色红艳,滋味醇厚,回味隽永,叶底微软红亮,是红茶珍品。




碧潭飘雪


花茶,冲泡时,白色的茉莉浮在水面,绿茶叶沉在杯底。书画名家黄纯尧教授饮此茶即赋诗:“天生丽质明前芽,清香入骨窨制花,叶形汤色皆佳品,异军突起徐公茶。” 此茶叫何名,青年画家邓岱昆藏头诗即是:“碧岭拾毛尖,潭底汲清泉,飘飘何所似,雪梅散人间。”




太平猴魁


太平猴魁外形两叶抱芽,扁平挺直,自然舒展,白毫隐伏,有“猴魁两头尖,不散不翘不卷边”的美名。品其味则幽香扑鼻,醇厚爽口,回味无穷,大有“头泡香高,二泡味浓,三泡四泡幽香犹存”的意境。




清溪玉芽


清溪玉芽,色泽翠绿,外形浑中略扁,茶芽肥壮似雀舌,富白毫,香气清郁隽永,内向持久,汤色清澈明亮,滋味醇厚鲜爽,叶底嫩绿明亮。




日铸雪芽


日铸茶始盛于北宋,历代多有文人为之赋诗写文。最早有欧阳修称“两浙之茶,日铸第一”,又有陆游“囊中日铸传天下”之句等等,不可胜数。康熙下江南尝日铸茶,喜之,为贡茶。该茶经开水冲泡后,雪芽直竖,茶芽细而尖,遍生雪白茸毛,如兰似雪,故又称“兰雪”。




峨眉竹叶青


竹叶青外形扁条,两头尖细,形似竹叶,内质香气高鲜,汤色清明,滋味浓醇。其茶名是由陈毅元帅所起,因其“形似竹叶,青秀悦目”而得名。




江山绿牡丹

Gong Mei


Gong Mei, also known as Shou Mei, tea leaves look like Shou Xian eyebrows, commonly known as Shou Mei white tea.
