铁观音茶·情




铁观音茶本是大自然的灵物,与茶相伴久了,便喜欢与茶说话。




铁观音茶总是这样通灵性,忧郁时浓烈,心悦时清幽,平淡时无味,变幻着各种心情,如心的荡漾。




每天的心情也是这样起伏波动,遇难时喜愁,顺境中喜乐,渗杂一起,便是人生。




我们喝茶时,不仅仅是在喝一杯茶,其实是将波澜壮阔的岁月喝到平平淡淡,也将浑浑噩噩的日子喝到纯净清明。




人生中,没有谁会无情地忘却一切过往,没有谁会阻止那一段段悲欢离合。




一杯茶从浓到淡,人生也往往是从风华正茂到风烛残年,不仅仅是人生,其中的五味杂陈,关于情关于爱,其实都如此。




金庸先生说理想的爱情是一见钟情、从一而终、白头偕老。

茶·心




著名大家林清玄曾有文《吃茶的方法》来表茶与人生的种种。




喝茶的方法,几千年来已经被固定了。台湾人喝茶,泡小壶;英国人喝茶,泡大壶;北京人喝茶,用盖碗;杭州人喝茶,用水杯;日本人喝茶,用茶碗;西藏人喝茶,用锅子。我们或者这样喝茶,或者那样喝茶。也许不用那样喝茶,或者这样喝茶。



在夏天,我喜欢喝冷泡茶。市场上的冷茶,像开喜乌龙茶、御茶园、茶里王、就是茶……都只是挂着茶名的水,一点也称不上茶。真正的冷泡茶,是把最好的茶叶泡在矿泉水中,冰入冰箱,泡上一夜。或者将冰透的矿泉水,放入一把茶叶,等茶叶张开,即可饮用。



好的冷泡茶,与热泡茶不同,热泡茶是逼出茶叶的气息,香比味盛;冷泡茶是使茶叶苏醒,味比香美。好的冷泡茶,能甜入每一个味蕾,甘美沁入胸腹,进入每一个毛孔。

我时常一个人坐着喝茶,同一泡茶,在第一泡时苦涩,第二泡甘香,第三泡浓沉,第四泡清冽,第五泡清淡,再好的茶,过了第五泡就失去味道了。




这泡茶的过程令我想起人生,青涩的年少,香醇的青春,沉重的中年,回香的壮年,以及愈走愈淡、逐渐失去人生之味的老年。




我也时常与人对饮,最好的对饮是什么话都不说,只是轻轻地品茶;次好的是三言两语,再次好的是五言八句,说着生活的近事;


末好的是九嘴十舌,言不及义;最坏的是乱说一通,道别人是非。





与人对饮时常令我想起,生命的境界确是超越言句的,在有情的心灵中不需要说话,也可以互相印证。




喝茶中有水深波静、流水喧喧、花红柳绿、众鸟喧哗、车水马龙种种境界。




我最喜欢的喝茶,是在寒风冷肃的冬季,夜深到众音沉默之际,独自在清静中品茗,一饮而净。




两手握着已空的杯子,还感觉到茶在杯中的热度,热,迅速地传到心底。




犹如人生苍凉历尽之后,中夜观心,看见,并且感觉,少年时沸腾的热血,仍在心口。

茶·生




茶如人生,一杯茶我们会喝的由浓到淡,其实人生何尝不是由丰盈至凋零。




人生就是那散落红尘的一片云,一滴泪,一个微笑,一份牵念。




走着走着,遇见了,走着走着又散了。走着走着,花开了,走着走着花落了。




这一段路程,飘浮着欣喜,飘浮着忧伤,总是喜忧参半。







人生就是依旧飘香的那杯茶,渐渐会变凉,渐渐会无味...




但曾经的那份浓郁馨香,曾经的那种淡悠雅致,已经飘落在了心湖上,随同片片遗落的词句,沉淀在心湖深处。




人生的道路漫长,每一处景致都需要欣赏,无论赐予的是悲伤,还是快乐。




把风景变人生,慢慢品味,如茶般悠香,永远。

The way of drinking tea has been fixed for thousands of years. Taiwanese drink tea with a small pot; British people drink tea with a large pot; Beijing people drink tea with a cover bowl; Hangzhou people drink tea with water cups; Japanese drink tea with tea bowls; Tibetans drink tea with pots. We either drink tea this way, or we drink tea that way. Maybe not drink tea that way, or drink tea this way.



In summer, I like to drink cold brewed tea. The cold teas on the market, such as Kaixi Oolong Tea, Imperial Tea Garden, King of Tea, that is, tea... are just water with the name of tea, and they are not called tea at all.
