重要的事情通常得说三遍!网上很多文章说铁观音的最佳泡茶水温是80℃,纯属胡说。真正懂铁观音的人是不会用80度的水温来冲泡,因为这样根本泡不出味,泡不出道道来。再次提醒茶友们,冲泡安溪铁观音的水温要求是100℃,同时还要滚沸。




“工欲善其事必先利其器”的道理同样适用于铁观音的泡饮。铁观音不止对水温有要求,在茶具的选择上也很讲究。白瓷盖碗与安溪铁观音绝佳搭配。选择白瓷盖碗冲泡铁观音是有一定道理的,既能看到汤色,又能更直观的看到叶底的色泽。泡茶用具除了盖碗是基础款以外,茶海、茶滤、小夹子都是必备的茶具。
