全球十大高端名茶-竹叶青

中国茶江湖群雄纷争,福建的铁观音、西湖的龙井、云南的普洱各自雄踞一方,当然“峨眉派”也不甘落后,要知道中国茶业,兴于巴蜀,成都人爱喝茶是全国出了名的。


“峨眉派”当中又属竹叶青最有名,不过在历年中国十大名茶评选中,西湖龙井、江苏碧螺春、黄山毛峰、湖南君山银针、信阳毛尖等纷纷上榜,但就是没有竹叶青的影子。


而在2021年世界品牌实验室发布的《全球十大高端名茶》中,却只有竹叶青一家进入榜单。看来中国茶江湖里,“峨眉派”似有称霸武林之雄心。


竹叶青产于四川省峨眉山,在海拔600-1500米峨眉高山上,群山环抱,终年云雾缭绕,为茶树生长提供了得天独厚的条件,正所谓“高山云雾出好茶”,早在唐朝的时候就已经有文献记载:“峨眉山多药草,茶尤好,异于天下”。


而竹叶青之所以能“异于天下”还在于制作工艺十分精细考究。竹叶青茶采用的鲜叶十分细嫩,明前采摘,在适当摊放之后,需得历经高温杀青、三炒三凉的工序,采用抖、撒、抓、压、带条等手法,定型干燥,茶叶才能达到扁直平滑、碧绿显毫、形似竹叶的特点;再进行烘焙,茶香益增,成品茶秀外慧中,色香味俱全。


近年来,竹叶青在茶江湖地位日甚一日,不仅是《全球十大高端名茶》中国唯一上榜的品牌,还比肩华为、茅台,成为唯一茶品牌登榜《中国500最具价值品牌》。


这还得提及竹叶青近年来的高端化战略,竹叶青原本为大众化消费品,后来转变打法,聚焦高端绿茶。竹叶青董事长唐先洪曾表示“中国中产阶层群体在快速增长,高端茶的需求量也在增大。过去竹叶青主要集中在西南地区,但是全国市场增长空间还很大”。


在高端化战略下,竹叶青硬是走出了“茅台”的路子,一边打造品牌知名度,满世界拿奖,各种荣誉加身;一边把价格策略发挥到极致。


这自然吸引了不少投机炒作者,竹叶青茶目前有3个等级,分别是“品味、静心、论道”,级别最高的“至尊论道”价格最高时被炒至一斤3万元,即便是最低等级的“品味”茶价格一斤也在2000元左右,一个大众化消费品就这样被硬生生炒成了奢侈品。


在历史上,各种茶叶几乎都被炒作过,铁观音曾被炒至3万元的价格,金骏眉最高时被炒到7万多元1斤,普洱茶一度被炒至32万元一饼。投机炒作之下,茶叶严重偏离了茶叶本身的价值,买的人不喝,喝的人不买。


但是,当泡沫破裂时,被炒起来茶叶大多付出了惨痛的代价,普洱茶市场崩盘时曾导致大量的茶叶加工厂倒闭破产,茶农们损失惨重。


竹叶青虽定位高端,但其价格已脱离一般消费者所能承受范围之内,想成为茶饮界的“茅台”,但稍不留神也可能掉入“炒茶”的陷阱

Bamboo Leaf Green is produced in Mount Emei, Sichuan Province. After being properly spread, they need to go through the processes of high temperature killing, three frying and three cooling, using shaking, spreading, grasping, pressing, striping and other techniques to shape and dry the tea leaves. In order to achieve the characteristics of being flat, straight, smooth, green and showing the shape of bamboo leaves; and then roasting, the tea aroma will increase, and the finished tea will be beautiful and beautiful, with full color and fragrance.


In recent years, Zhuyeqing's status in the tea arena has been increasing day by day. It is not only the only brand listed in China's "Top Ten High-end Famous Teas in the World", but also ranks alongside Huawei and Maotai, becoming the only tea brand listed in "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands". .


This also has to mention the high-end strategy of Zhuyeqing in recent years. Zhuyeqing was originally a popular consumer product, but later changed its style to focus on high-end green tea. Tang Xianhong, chairman of Zhuyeqing, once said that "China's middle-class group is growing rapidly, and the demand for high-end tea is also increasing. In the past, Zhuyeqing was mainly concentrated in the southwest region, but there is still a lot of room for growth in the national market."


Under the high-end strategy, Zhuyeqing has just stepped out of the "Moutai" path, while building brand awareness, winning awards all over the world, and adding various honors; at the same time, it maximizes the price strategy.


This naturally attracts a lot of speculators. There are currently 3 grades of Bamboo Leaf Green Tea, namely "taste, meditation, and Taoism". The price of the lowest grade of "taste" tea is also around 2,000 yuan per pound, and a popular consumer product has been forcibly turned into a luxury product.


In history, almost all kinds of tea have been hyped. Tieguanyin was hyped up to 30,000 yuan, Jin Junmei was hyped up to more than 70,000 yuan per kilogram, and Pu'er tea was once hyped up to 320,000 yuan. cake. Under the speculation, the tea leaves have seriously deviated from the value of the tea itself. Those who buy it do not drink it, and those who drink it do not buy it.


However, when the bubble burst, most of the tea leaves that were fried paid a heavy price. When the Pu'er tea market collapsed, a large number of tea processing factories went bankrupt and the tea farmers suffered heavy losses.


Although Zhuyeqing is positioned as a high-end product, its price is beyond the reach of ordinary consumers. It wants to become the "Maotai" in the tea industry, but if you are not careful, you may fall into the trap of "fried tea"
