In order to make the "Golden Business Card" of West Lake Longjing go better and further, Hangzhou Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau attaches great importance to the inheritance and protection of the traditional techniques of West Lake Longjing tea, strengthens the cultivation of young technicians in manual frying, and promotes the level of West Lake Longjing tea frying workers. Evaluation standards, implementation of frying technique training and level verification of frying tea technicians, as well as carrying out frying tea competitions and other measures to improve the processing level and promote the inheritance of hand-frying skills. At the same time, comprehensively strengthen the protection of special signs, strictly investigate and deal with unlicensed business behavior, and strictly strengthen the production management of tea enterprises. Strict supervision of the source of raw materials, production conditions, daily inspection, product labeling, etc.

Focus on the inspection of illegal activities such as false labeling of West Lake Longjing tea grade, false labeling of origin, and Chen Maoxin and other illegal acts that infringe on consumers' rights and interests; also increase efforts in online infringement, focusing on e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, Jingdong, and Pinduoduo Investigate and punish illegal acts such as false propaganda, counterfeiting infringement, and similar name infringement in accordance with the law.
