Mengding nectar, both beautiful and delicious, can always give people a pleasing feeling and refreshing feeling. As the saying goes, "the taste is sweet and dew is better than daigo, and when you take it, you will feel Shen Weisu."

When tasting and discussing tea, we can’t help but think of a tea advertisement that is the most influential in the history of Chinese tea culture and is almost a household name.

Today, as long as people who love tea, the tea couplet "the heart water of the Yangtze River, the tea on the top of Mengshan Mountain" is catchy and unforgettable, but they don't know the same "one cup of nectar is more famous". In fact, Mengding Ganlu, the representative brand of Mengding Mountain Tea, has long been the most profound and unique interpretation.

1. The origin of "One ou of nectar is more famous"

"The heart of the Yangtze River, the tea on the top of Mengshan Mountain" and "a pot of nectar is more famous" are both derived from the Yuan Dynasty poet Li Dezai's Yuan song "Zhonglu·Yangchun Song·Giving Tea Shop". This group of small orders, a total of ten, are all praised for Cha Hao and Dr. Cha's ingenuity, the language is popular, the rhymes are smooth, and they are infectious and attractive.

Among them, "the heart water of the Yangtze River, tea on the top of Mengshan Mountain" comes from the third ditty, namely: "Spring is early on the top of Mengshan Mountain, the water in the heart of the Yangtze River has a high taste, and the Taoist scholars are more coquettish. You should laugh, drink lamb with a golden tent." Ling praised that the tea is the best Mengding spring tea, and the water is the best Jiangxin water for making tea, and drinking tea is a more high-quality fashion than drinking.

"One cup of nectar is more famous" comes from the sixth ditty, namely: "Papaya fragrant with dry forest apricot, kumquat cold and fresh ice, one cup of nectar is more famous. Just two more, the dream is broken and the wine is just awakened." This order Mainly praise the effect of tea to make people sober.

Later, Chen Jiang, a great poet of the Ming Dynasty, wrote in his "Xiaozhi on Distinguishing Things": "The Legend of the World: The heart of the Yangtze River, the tea on the top of Mengshan Mountain", indicating that this joint sentence has been born out of Li Dezai's little song and has evolved into a well-known sentence. The proverb is also used by the world as a tea couplet, which is well-known. As everyone knows, "one ou of nectar is more famous" has already made a good publicity for Mengding nectar with a pun, and it has become an excellent advertising slogan.

a scoop of nectar

Nectar (Sanskrit Amrti) is transliterated into Ami Liduo and Ami Liduo, which means immortality, immortality liquid, and heavenly wine. On the mid-level of Qiongdao in Beihai Park in Beijing, there is a bronze man dew plate, which is said to have been built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty to carry the "nectar". So what exactly is "nectar"? The ancients believed that nectar was a high-grade food given to mankind by God. It was descended from the Big Dipper in the middle of the night. Mix it with beautiful jade chips and drink it into the stomach, and it will Immortal and become a fairy. Therefore, the name "Nanlu" expresses people's yearning and pursuit for a better life.

"Nectar" has four meanings:

One refers to sweet dew, or luscious rain. An ancient poem says: "The nectar drops on a small branch, and the taste falls in the cold spring". "Lao Tzu": "Heaven and earth meet, and then the nectar will fall." "Han Shu, Xuandi Ji" says: "The first year of Yuankang (65 BC)... nectar fell to the Weiyang Palace."

The second refers to the water in the banana buds. The Qing Dynasty naturalist and naturalist Wu Qijun wrote in his book "Plant Names and Real Maps" Volume 14: "The banana that grows in the north of the mountain is flowering, the bud has dew, it is extremely sweet, and it is called Ganlu." Therefore, it is also Another name for plantain. The Ming Dynasty was the famous medical scientist of the Ming Dynasty, "Medical Sage" Li Shizhen's "Compendium of Materia Medica·Cao Bu Si" said "Nectar is also a banana."

The third is a foreign word. The ancient Indian Veda refers to Soma wine that the gods often drink. Drinking it will not age and die, and its taste is as sweet as honey. The magic medicine of immortality, the spirit wine of heaven.

The fourth is a metaphor in Buddhism, which uses nectar to describe the wonderful taste of Buddhism, which can nourish the body and mind of all living beings, eliminate suffering, increase the root of goodness, transcend samsara, and finally liberate. Or use the nectar to describe the Buddha Dharma as the supreme daigo, the wonderful medicine of great compassion, eliminating karmic obstacles, becoming an adult with blessings and wisdom, and attaining the ultimate bodhi.

Mengdingshan tea is called "Nanlu", and there are three sources:

One is the word Ganlu, which not only has the charm of Taoism advocating nature; it also means "remembering the ancestors" in Sanskrit. ) for the first time in the history of artificial tea cultivation, and opened the curtain of the development of the world tea economy and tea culture. The naming of "Ganlu" is not only to commemorate the ancestor of tea planting, but also to indicate the time when the tea was founded. At the same time, it also appropriately reflects its quality characteristics and contains the admiration of the world's tea ancestor Wu Lizhen. In the thirteenth year of Chunxi (1186), Song Xiaozong named Wu Lizhen as "Master of Ganlu Puhui Miaoji", and Chunxi Xushen (1188) gave him the title of "Nanlu Puhui Miaoji Bodhisattva" and gave him the title of "Nanlu Puhui Miaoji Bodhisattva". The place where seven tea trees were planted by hand was designated as "Imperial Tea Garden". Therefore, Wu Lizhen is also known as "Master Ganlu" and "Master Ganlu".

Second, because of its fragrant tea, fresh tea soup and taste like nectar, it was named after "Ganlu".

The third is that Buddhism uses nectar to describe the flavor of the Dharma, which integrates material and spirituality. During the Northern Song Dynasty, in Mengding Mountain, Taoism was weak and Buddhism prevailed. Therefore, Mengding Mountain tea called "Nanlu" is closely related to it.
