安溪铁观音茶叶,可以冲泡几次?

铁观音,福建安溪人发明于1725-1735年间。属于乌龙茶类,是中国十大名茶之一乌龙茶类的代表。介于绿茶和红茶之间,属于半发酵茶类.




铁观音独具“兰花香,观音韵”,“七泡余香溪月露,满心喜乐岭云涛”。除具有一般茶叶的保健功能外,还具有抗衰老、抗癌症、抗动脉硬化、防治糖尿病、减肥健美、防治龋齿、清热降火,敌烟醒酒等功效。



一杯茶,冲泡几次最好呢?


常见好多人爱把茶重复冲泡,一直到品不出茶味才换掉茶叶;也有些人冲泡一两次就倒掉换新茶叶。这二种做法哪个正确哪个错误,一杯茶到底冲泡多少次好?




一泡铁观音究竟要泡几次,因人而异,有人爱喝淡茶,有些人喜欢喝浓茶,虽然茶叶冲泡的次数和不同人的口味有很大关系,但从营养吸收上来说,袋装茶最好只冲泡1次,散装茶则别超过3次。




铁观音泡几次,茶叶中含有具有抑癌作用的茶多酚、可以降血糖的茶多糖、使中枢神经兴奋的咖啡碱,以及多种氨基酸、维生素等营养物质。这些营养物质能析出多少,和冲泡的次数有很大的关系。一般来说,外形颗粒越大的茶叶,营养物质析出的速度越慢;颗粒越小,析出的速度越快。




与散装茶叶相比,袋装茶的茶叶在加工制造时通过切揉,充分破坏了叶细胞,颗粒形状比较小,茶叶中的营养物质经过3—5分钟的第一次浸泡,就会有80%—90%析出,第二次冲泡以后,剩余10%左右的营养物质也差不多全部析出了。因此,尹君峰建议,袋装茶最好冲泡一次,不仅在营养的吸收上没什么损失,也不会影响口感和滋味。散装茶由于颗粒比较大,第一次冲泡的时间最好长一点,应在5分钟左右,其中的营养物质会有60%—80%析出;经过第二次冲泡,会有80%—90%的营养物质析出;第三次冲泡后,营养物质的浸出率将超过95%,再冲泡下去,已经没什么营养作用了。




安溪铁观音,可以冲泡几次?


一般为5次、第二道时间最短,第一次比第二次稍长,3、4、5时间依次加长。看茶的颜色、揉捻程度、形态,以具体辨明究竟自己的茶要浸泡多长时间。当然,水温也很重要。如果水温高了,那么你可以少浸泡一会。




茶叶种类不同,冲泡次数也不一样。绿茶,最多三泡,可是好的铁观音,七泡也有余香,所以不能一概而论。

Which of these two methods is correct and which is wrong? How many times is it good to brew a cup of tea?




How many times to brew a brew of Tieguanyin varies from person to person. Some people like to drink weak tea, while others like to drink strong tea. Although the number of times the tea is brewed has a lot to do with different people's tastes, in terms of nutritional absorption , it is best to brew bagged tea only once, and bulk tea should not exceed 3 times.




After soaking Tieguanyin several times, the tea contains tea polyphenols that have anti-cancer effects, tea polysaccharides that can lower blood sugar, caffeine that excites the central nervous system, as well as a variety of amino acids, vitamins and other nutrients. How much these nutrients can be precipitated has a lot to do with the number of brews. Generally speaking, the larger the shape of the tea leaves, the slower the precipitation of nutrients; the smaller the particles, the faster the precipitation.




Compared with bulk tea leaves, the tea leaves of bagged tea are fully destroyed by cutting and kneading during processing, and the particle shape is relatively small. %-90% of the nutrients are precipitated, and after the second brewing, the remaining 10% of the nutrients are almost all precipitated. Therefore, Yin Junfeng suggested that it is best to brew the bagged tea once, not only there is no loss in the absorption of nutrients, but also it will not affect the taste and taste. Due to the relatively large particles of bulk tea, the first brewing time should be longer, it should be about 5 minutes, and 60%-80% of the nutrients will be precipitated; after the second brewing, 80%-80%- 90% of the nutrients are precipitated; after the third brewing, the leaching rate of nutrients will exceed 95%, and there is no nutritional effect after brewing.




Anxi Tieguanyin, how many times can I brew?


Generally 5 times, the second time is the shortest, the first time is slightly longer than the second time, and the time of 3, 4, and 5 is lengthened in turn. Look at the color, degree of rolling, and shape of the tea to specifically identify how long your tea needs to be steeped. Of course, the water temperature is also important. If the water temperature is high, then you can soak for a while less.




Different types of tea have different brewing times. Green tea, at most three brews, but a good Tieguanyin, seven brews also have a lingering fragrance, so it cannot be generalized.
