第一款:安溪毛蟹




铁观音不同,从它的名字就可以看出,它是一款比较特别的茶,别看它的名字比较“奇怪”,但是茶叶的整体外形和其他茶叶是差不多的。头大尾尖,有白色茸毛,茶叶呈现锯齿状,因外形像大坪大坝溪里的毛蟹而得名。闻起来有一股清雅的兰花香,被喜爱的茶人们称之为“青花味”。因为它的茶味和铁观音有点相似,所以经常被认为是铁观音的“备胎”。


第二款:宁德天山绿茶




同样是福建茶,在本地人心中它的名气一点也不输铁观音,它历史悠久,在19世纪,名气更是如日中天,但随着时间的推移,它的名气开始慢慢走下坡路,由于得不到好的推广,从而也埋没了它的“光泽”。


天山绿茶外形紧实漂亮,色泽碧绿、汤色清澈透亮,香气浓郁回味生甜。但到如今还不火,实属。


第三款:漳平水仙




同属乌龙茶系列,漳平水仙茶生长的地区温热湿润,雨水充足,一年四季,温差不是很大,形成了它独特的色、香、味等品质。其香气清高幽长,具有如兰气质的自然花香,鲜灵活泼,茶汤呈现赤黄色,滋味醇爽细腻,回味甘甜。




以上这3种茶都是品质不输铁观音,但名气却被远远甩在身后的好茶叶。


无独有偶,这种情况不仅存在在闽南地区,还有很多地区都存在这样的情况,有许多特色的茶叶,由于各种各样的原因,导致很多人不知道。


比如说在四川,大家只知道竹叶青,但其实下面这2种茶,品质一点也不输竹叶青,由于宣传不到位,导致它鲜为人知。


仙雾凤茗




该茶叶由第二代非物质文化传承人炒茶大师文勇钱进行炒制,他在先辈的基础上,把炒茶技术进一步优化,才有了现在品质好,味道鲜美的茶叶。


它生长在四川省高山地带,平均海拔800米左右,茶园树木覆盖广,高山地区云雾缭绕,给茶树提供了良好的生长环境,且较少虫害,所以茶叶无农业残留。其干茶色泽乌润有光泽,茶汤透亮,闻起来有一股栗香味,入口滋味鲜美,回味甘甜醇厚。




作为四川十大名茶之一的“天府龙芽”品牌,虽然大众的认知度还不算高,但正是因为这样,少了资本的干扰,一心专注做茶,所以才能做出品质这么好且价格低廉的茶叶。


蒙顶甘露




作为传统的卷曲形名优绿茶,它所受到的关注也并没有这么多,它生长在四川省雅安市,那里常年降雨,减少了太阳光的直射,能够积累更多的香气物质。


其外形卷曲,条索紧致,冲泡后的茶汤清澈透亮,栗香味浓郁,入口鲜美,回味甘甜,是一款被低估的绿茶。

Because its tea taste is somewhat similar to Tieguanyin, it is often regarded as the "spare tire" of Tieguanyin.


The second: Ningde Tianshan green tea




It is also Fujian tea, and its reputation is not inferior to Tieguanyin in the hearts of local people. It has a long history. In the 19th century, its reputation was even more prosperous, but as time passed, its reputation began to decline slowly. Without good promotion, it also buried its "gloss".


Tianshan green tea is compact and beautiful in appearance, green in color, clear in soup color, rich in aroma and sweet in aftertaste. But it's still not hot, it's true.


The third paragraph: Zhangping narcissus




It belongs to the oolong tea series. The area where Zhangping Shuixian tea grows is warm and humid, with plenty of rain, and the temperature difference is not very big throughout the year, forming its unique color, aroma, taste and other qualities. Its aroma is clear and long, with a natural floral fragrance like orchid, fresh and lively, the tea soup is red-yellow, the taste is mellow and delicate, and the aftertaste is sweet.




The above three kinds of tea are all good teas whose quality is not inferior to Tieguanyin, but their reputation is far behind.


Coincidentally, this situation not only exists in the southern Fujian area, but also exists in many areas. There are many characteristic tea leaves, which many people do not know about due to various reasons.


For example, in Sichuan, everyone only knows Zhuyeqing, but in fact, the quality of the following two kinds of tea is not inferior to Zhuyeqing. Due to the lack of publicity, it is rarely known.


Xianwu Fengming




The tea was roasted by Wen Yongqian, the second-generation intangible cultural inheritor of tea-frying master. On the basis of his predecessors, he further optimized the tea-frying technology, and only now has the high-quality and delicious tea.


It grows in the alpine area of Sichuan Province, with an average altitude of about 800 meters. The tea garden is covered with wide trees, and the alpine area is surrounded by clouds, which provides a good growth environment for the tea trees, and there are fewer insect pests, so the tea has no agricultural residues. Its dry tea color is dark and lustrous, and the tea soup is translucent. It smells a chestnut fragrance.




As one of the top ten famous teas in Sichuan, the "Tianfu Longya" brand, although the public's awareness is not high, it is precisely because of this that it is possible to make tea of such quality without the interference of capital and to focus on making tea. Good and cheap tea.


Mengding Ganlu




As a traditional curly-shaped famous green tea, it has not received so much attention. It is grown in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, where rainfall all year round reduces direct sunlight and can accumulate more aroma substances.


With its curly shape and tight cords, the brewed tea soup is clear and translucent, with a strong chestnut aroma, a delicious entrance and a sweet aftertaste. It is an underrated green tea.
