二、普洱茶

1、金骏眉


金骏眉源于武夷山脉的茶产区,妥妥的高山茶,优质的金骏眉一年只采一茬,因此产量不大还是比较珍贵的,并且只取嫩芽,经过传统工艺慢火烘培,外形细小而紧秀,颜色为金黄黑相间,嫩芽条索紧结,纤细有峰苗骨重,细闻有股怡人的蜜香味,再观汤底,汤色鲜亮金黄带金边,有股甜里透香的味道,空杯留香,花果味尽显,香气清爽醇正,入口回甘非常明显,这种香味实在让我馋的很,总忍不住多喝几杯,实在是回味悠长。




2、正山小种


正山小种也是我十分喜爱的红茶,一般此茶都生长在高山茶园,高山低温自然满养的情况下,茶叶的内含物质就比较丰富。上品的正山小种必须选取茶叶的嫩芽,优中选优,一斤只取3两,这一点从茶干即可看出,条索外形秀丽修长,色泽乌润或泛棕且条形饱满,内质香气馥郁,细闻之下,有股淡然怡人的香气,迫不及待的冲泡一壶,汤色是那种红浓的琥珀色,很亮眼,并且香气高长,细细品来,滋味醇厚自然,带有桂圆汤味,裹挟着馥郁的花果香气,提鼻一闻都是享受,忍不住就多喝上几杯,回甘清甜,舒服。




四、绿茶

3、黄山毛峰


黄山核心茶产区出产的毛峰芽尖似峰,茶形微卷,白毫显露,茶汤是明亮的黄绿色,清澈而无杂质,味道清香高长鲜醇回甘,叶底饱满鲜活,均匀成朵,嫩黄鲜亮,这种的才是上等的毛峰该有的品相。经过采摘、杀青、揉捻、烘焙等传统工艺精工细作,方能成茶,喝起来确实鲜香爽口,是介于浓香和嫩香之间的清香感,而且比较耐泡,个人更加喜欢其第二,第三泡,香气慢慢发散出来,是那种淡淡近似兰香的味道,很怡人,而且淡雅的香气比较自然柔和,非常爽口。

5. White tea
