安溪茶博汇铁观音大师赛最顶尖的对决

安溪茶博汇,安溪县公证处主任林星火拆开了信封。数天的焦灼等待后,众多工作人员与媒体记者终于看到了安溪铁观音大师赛决赛选手名字被一个一个录入名单之中。


同样焦灼的,还有等待着名单公布的39位复赛选手。他们其中的20位,将会在信封拆开后一个小时后陆续得到组委会的电话通知:“恭喜您进入前20名,请即时起做好两天后的决赛准备。”




在这个大雨滂沱的夜晚,这些安溪最顶尖的铁观音匠人,内心注定无法平静。




这20位进入决赛的铁观音匠人分别为:苏德林、陈素全、黄培江、陈清安、李凯林、詹玉炎、杨木山、杨连波、刘文品、高童谦、王清海、詹朱祥、刘金龙、林加荣、郑福添、李金登、黄珍发、陈朝金、王逢春、苏鹏鸣(排名不分先后)。




这是安溪人最顶尖的对决


如果你对铁观音有所了解和偏好,这20个名字中一定有你所熟悉的。因为这是安溪24个乡镇选拔出共39位最顶尖铁观音匠人中,在复赛铁观音制作比赛中拿到分数前20的人。




安溪铁观音的中高端市场中,一定有他们各自的一席之地。毫不夸张地说,这是一场铁观音茶最顶尖的对决。




而这样一场巅峰对决,还会在这次大师赛接下来的赛程中决出更加具有代表性的10个席位,他们将共同瓜分总金额240万元的奖金池。其中综合成绩最拔尖的2位将授予“大师”头衔以及获得各100万元的奖金;其余8位,将授予“名匠”头衔,以及获得各5万元的奖金。


这是首届安溪铁观音大师赛,也是安溪人对内传承匠心精神、对外展示茶业发展最新成果的一剂猛药。




39位匠人“聚众”比拼硬实力


回顾安溪铁观音大师赛的整场复赛,无处不体现安溪铁观音的匠人精神,以及安溪政府对如此大规模、高规格比赛的把控力。



在5月2日,安溪各乡镇将复赛名单上报比赛组委会的时候,复赛工作就已经一切准备就绪。39位复赛选手,将集中在虎邱镇高建发茶庄园,完全透明、公开地进行这场比试。




要保证39位选手同时进行制作且互不干扰,需要极其严苛的场地条件。大赛组委会与高建发茶庄园一起,为选手提供了39套各自独立的做青房与器具。




5月3日上午10点, 39名选手身着素雅布衣站在了这个场地之上。坚定的信心扬在脸上,秉承的匠心流露言行间,同心谱写出安溪铁观音制茶大师们独具的神韵风采。



这是一场由组委会统一提供茶青的比赛,每人50斤。由于当天茶青采摘时恰逢下雨,茶青水分偏大,且大赛规定不使用空调、采用传统工艺制作,这给“去水留香”的铁观音发酵环节增加不少难度。




正是有难度,才能更好地体现技艺。正如复赛评审之一,原福建省茶叶质量检测站站长陈郁榕在评审场上所说:“复赛的许多茶样我都非常满意,甚至有个别惊艳。能把雨水青做到这个份上,不容易但也让人高兴。”




“手机定了5点10分的闹钟准备摇青,4点50就自己醒了!”这些在平日里有着众多茶粉丝拥簇的制茶大匠们,此刻没人敢放松,没人敢大意,将安溪铁观音传统制茶技艺,演绎得风生水起。



经过晒青、晾青、摇青、杀青、揉捻、初烘、初包揉、复烘、复包揉、烘干等步骤,连续制茶20余小时的选手们在5月4日下午18:00陆续交出了自己的作品,并移交安溪县茶管办保管、评审。




拿什么说“公平、公正、公开”?


“如何做到公正、公平、公开?”面对这一问题,除了有严格规定和可见证的全透明初制现场外,赛组委相关负责人在评审场上给了我们答案。




5月5日,在安溪县茶博汇会展中心,20位评委在各自独立的审评台上,于大厅中依次排开,进行了上下午共两场的茶样审评。场面热烈又不失肃穆。




这20位评审,由来自于全国各大茶学院校专家、安溪县茶叶评委库、原国营安溪茶厂评茶师以及现茶叶企业技术人员、安溪县及以下各乡镇机关干部、全国征集的安溪铁观音铁粉团人员这五大类别共76人中,随机按各自比例抽签构成。




评委的随机抽取,也是在安溪县公证处公证人员监督下进行。这可谓公正。



所有评委,都严格按照国家标准GB/T23776-2009茶叶感官审评方法进行审评,采用“等级分组、逐步晋级、确定名次”的方式审评。最终取20名评委分数平均分为最终成绩。




对于审评过程中有争议的茶样,由3位行业内公认的专家评委组成的仲裁小组仲裁决定分数。这可谓公平。





在审评过程中,不仅是数家媒体全程记录观察、每个审评台一位安溪茶学院学生进行协助并记录,还将有选手代表、公证人员进行现场监督,不忽略每一个可能影响审评的细节。这可谓公开。



97.92分!复赛出“神作”,决赛更惊艳


经过这数天严格的规范操作,5月5日下午6时,39位选手的复赛成绩全部记录在册,等待公证人员对茶样编号对应选手姓名的信封开启。




“39位选手的分数差距起伏较大,这从侧面说明了评委们的专业、用心、细心。”在下午场的审评中,第一名高达97.92分,第二名则是93.83分,有着4分的差距,而第三、四名与第二名差距则不到一分。对此,赛事组委会相关负责人如此告诉茶语网。




“意思是,这次复赛也出现了极高水平的‘惊艳之作’了?”面对茶语网的这个问题,负责人点头默认并透露,在决赛阶段,或许会有更加意想不到的惊喜茶样出现。让人无限期待。




决赛20人名单已经公布,接下来的5月7日至5月10日,将会是两场制作决赛。5月7日至8日场为自带茶青,5月9日至10日场为统一提供茶青。



5月11日,初制比赛总成绩将出炉,加上后续三周内的讲茶和评茶比赛成绩,产生总得分前10名者,进入第二阶段的大师评选。




大师评选将对10名选手进行综合考评,考评参赛者的职业操守、文化素养、专业水平、产业研究、传授能力、社会影响等。总得分前两名参赛选手,将授予“安溪铁观音大师”称号,奖励奖金各100万元。

The 20 Tieguanyin craftsmen who entered the final are: Su Delin, Chen Suquan, Huang Peijiang, Chen Qingan, Li Kailin, Zhan Yuyan, Yang Mushan, Yang Lianbo, Liu Wenpin, Gao Tongqian, Wang Qinghai, Zhan Zhuxiang, Liu Jinlong, Lin Jiarong, Zheng Futian, Li Jindeng, Huang Zhenfa, Chen Chaojin, Wang Fengchun and Su Pengming (in no particular order).

39 craftsmen "gathered together" to compete for hard power


Looking back at the entire rematch of the Anxi Tieguanyin Masters, the spirit of Anxi Tieguanyin's craftsmanship and the Anxi government's control over such a large-scale and high-standard competition are everywhere.



On May 2, when the townships in Anxi reported the list of the semi-finals to the competition organizing committee, everything was ready for the semi-finals. The 39 semi-finalists will focus on Gaojianfa Tea Estate in Huqiu Town, and conduct this competition in a completely transparent and open manner.




To ensure that 39 players can produce at the same time without interfering with each other, extremely strict venue conditions are required. The Organizing Committee of the competition, together with Gao Jianfa Tea Manor, provided 39 sets of independent green houses and utensils for the contestants.




At 10 a.m. on May 3, 39 contestants stood on the field in plain clothes. The firm confidence is on the face, and the ingenuity of adhering to it is revealed in words and deeds, and concentrically composes the unique charm of Anxi Tieguanyin tea masters.



This is a competition in which tea greens are provided by the organizing committee, and each person is 50 pounds. Since it was raining when the tea was picked that day, the water content of the tea was too large, and the competition stipulated that no air conditioner should be used and the traditional craftsmanship was used, which added a lot of difficulties to the fermentation process of Tieguanyin, which is "removing water and leaving fragrance".




It is the difficulty that can better reflect the skills. As one of the judges of the semi-finals, Chen Yurong, the former head of the Fujian Tea Quality Inspection Station, said in the review field: "I am very satisfied with many tea samples in the semi-finals, and even some are amazed. To be able to do this for Yuyuqing, it is not a big deal. Easy but also delightful."




"The alarm clock for 5:10 was set on the mobile phone and was ready to shake, and I woke up at 4:50!" These tea masters who are surrounded by many tea fans on weekdays, no one dares to relax at this moment, and no one dares to be careless , the traditional tea-making skills of Anxi Tieguanyin are performed well.



After drying, drying, shaking, fixing, rolling, primary drying, primary wrapping, re-drying, re-rolling, drying and other steps, the contestants who have been making tea for more than 20 hours continuously made tea at 18:00 on May 4th. 00 handed over his works one after another, and handed them over to the Anxi County Tea Management Office for storage and review.




What do you mean by "fair, just and open"?


"How to be just, fair, and open?" Faced with this question, in addition to the fully transparent preliminary system with strict regulations and witnesses, the relevant person in charge of the competition organizing committee gave us the answer on the jury.




On May 5th, at the Tea Expo Center of Anxi County, 20 judges lined up in the hall on their independent review platforms, and conducted two tea sample reviews in the morning and afternoon. The scene was warm yet solemn.




The 20 reviewers are from experts from major tea colleges and universities across the country, the Anxi County Tea Review Committee, the tea reviewers from the former state-owned Anxi Tea Factory and the technical personnel of the current tea enterprises, cadres from Anxi County and the following townships and townships, and Anxi collected from the whole country. Among the 76 members of the Tieguanyin Tiefan Group in these five categories, they were randomly drawn according to their respective proportions.




The random selection of the judges is also carried out under the supervision of the notaries of the Anxi County Notary Office. This is fair.



All judges are strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T23776-2009 tea sensory evaluation method for evaluation, using the method of "level grouping, gradual promotion, and ranking". In the end, the average score of 20 judges is divided into the final score.




For disputed tea samples during the review process, an arbitration panel composed of 3 industry-recognized expert judges will arbitrate to determine the score. This is fair.





During the review process, not only several media recorded the whole process of observation, and a student from Anxi Tea Academy from each review station assisted and recorded, but also the representatives of contestants and notaries to supervise on-site, not ignoring every possible impact on the review details of the review. After several days of strict and standardized operation, at 6:00 pm on May 5th, all the results of the rematch of 39 contestants were recorded in the book, waiting for the notary to open the envelope with the name of the contestant corresponding to the tea sample number.




"The difference between the scores of the 39 contestants fluctuated greatly, which shows from the side that the judges are professional, attentive and careful." In the afternoon evaluation, the first place was as high as 97.92 points, and the second place was 93.83 points. The gap between the third, fourth and second place is less than one point. In this regard, the relevant person in charge of the competition organizing committee told the tea language network.

The list of 20 finalists has been announced, and from May 7th to May 10th, there will be two production finals. From May 7th to 8th, we will bring our own tea greens, and from May 9th to 10th, we will provide unified tea greens.



On May 11th, the total results of the preliminary competition will be released, plus the results of the tea lectures and tea evaluation competitions in the following three weeks, the top 10 with total scores will be selected to enter the second stage of the master selection.




The master selection will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of 10 contestants, assessing the contestants' professional ethics, cultural literacy, professional level, industrial research, teaching ability, social influence, etc. The top two contestants in the total score will be awarded the title of "Master of Anxi Tieguanyin" with a bonus of 1 million yuan each.
