腊八节 法宝节 饮壶铁观音老茶 生热解腻

腊八节,俗称腊八,又称为“法宝节”等,本为佛教纪念释迦牟尼佛成道之节日,后逐渐演变为民间节日。


俗谚云:“小孩小孩你别馋,过了腊八就是年”,腊八,意味着拉开了过年的序幕。




喝腊八粥 暖自胃起

南宋吴自牧《梦梁录》载:“此月八日,寺院谓之腊八。大刹等寺,俱设五味粥,名曰腊八粥。”


腊八粥,又称“七宝五味粥”、“佛粥”、“大家饭”等,是一种由多样食材熬制而成的粥。




不同地区腊八粥的用料不同,基本上都包括大米、小米、糯米、高粱米、紫米、薏米等谷类,以及各种豆类、干果。


至今,在杭州灵隐寺仍有煮腊八粥、施粥给民众的习俗,并已成功申报非物质文化遗产。




饮壶铁观音老茶 生热解腻

岁值腊八,已近大寒,我国大部分地区步入一年中最寒冷的阶段,食浓粥、进荤腥,冬日进补,以抵御严寒。




又因为冬日不宜运动,故而此时应多饮茶,尤以安溪铁观音等老茶为佳,围炉慢煮,可消腻养胃,暖身御寒。

The Southern Song Dynasty Wu Zimu's "Dream Lianglu" contains: "On the eighth day of this month, the temple is called Laba. Temples such as Dasha have five-flavor porridge, which is called Laba porridge."


Laba Porridge, also known as "Seven Treasures and Five Flavor Porridge", "Buddha Porridge", "Family Rice", etc., is a kind of porridge made from various ingredients.




Laba porridge is made of different materials in different regions, basically including rice, millet, glutinous rice, sorghum rice, purple rice, barley and other cereals, as well as various beans and dried fruits.


So far, there is still the custom of cooking Laba porridge and serving porridge to the public in Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, and has successfully declared an intangible cultural heritage.




Drink old tea in a pot

The year is Laba, and it is almost cold. Most parts of our country have entered the coldest stage of the year. They eat thick porridge, eat meat and fish, and supplement in winter to resist the cold.




And because it is not suitable to exercise in winter, you should drink more tea at this time, especially old tea such as Pu'er tea, dark tea, Fuding white tea, etc. It is better to cook slowly around the stove, which can eliminate greasy and nourish the stomach, warm the body and keep out the cold.
