 雨水,是二十四节气之中的第二个节气,虽然已进入春天,但是乍暖还寒,春寒料峭,这种变化无常的天气及较大的温差,很容易对人们的身体健康造成不良影响。所以我们要谨防“倒春寒”现象,在养生方面,我们应该注意“吃三样、喝三茶、捂三处”,防寒保暖,平稳度春。



  雨水,吃三样!


  1、吃春芽


  俗语说“春吃芽,夏吃瓜”,如今恰好是吃芽菜的好时节,营养成分符合人体春季营养需求,能帮助五脏从冬藏转向春生。春芽有许多种,除了黄豆芽、绿豆芽、枸杞芽、豌豆苗等,最不可错过的便是香椿芽,香椿芽的香味浓郁,很适合用它来摊鸡蛋饼,令人食欲大开。



  2、吃春菜

  3、吃春果

  1、喝花茶


  雨水时节可以喝花茶,花茶包括许多种茶,如茉莉花茶、玫瑰花茶、金银花茶、菊花茶等,这一种茶的香味非常浓郁诱人,能缓解春困带来的不良影响,让身心都舒缓起来,又对于升发阳气、调畅心神具有促进作用。



  2、喝铁观音


  铁观音是一类介于绿茶和红茶中间的茶叶,清香鲜爽汤浓味醇,所含的茶多酚、儿茶素、多种氨基酸等含量,明显高于其他茶类。春季适合喝铁观音茶,有助于养生保健、提神醒脑。



  3、喝普洱


  普洱茶是云南特有的一个茶类,有着生熟之分,初春时节,时有倒春寒的天气出现,此时适宜饮用经过发酵的普洱熟茶,这样茶既有温性,又有活性,不仅有助于促进消化,更利于促进人体阳气。



  雨水,捂三处!


  俗话说:“春捂秋冻,不生杂病。”雨水时节要注意保暖,适时增减衣服防春寒,最重要的,就是捂紧这3处。


  一、捂腿脚


  春捂要注意的重点是腿脚,常言道“寒从脚下起”,因脚远离心脏,热量较少,所以是全身最怕冷的部位,寒气和湿气容易趁虚而入。腿部、足部穿得更暖和些,才能防止春季疾病的入侵。除了睡前多用热水泡脚以外,裤子、鞋子、袜子不能马上换成太单薄的,以免寒气侵入体内。



  二、捂肚子

  三、捂后背


  我们在做春捂的时候,一定要护住自己的背部,如果背部受寒,会导致阳气不足,抵抗力和免疫力都会有所下降。背部保暖做好了,有利于体内阳气生发,感冒等小病小痛也不会找上门来。此外,我们还可以适当的给背部晒晒太阳,这样可以加快阳气的补充。
