一方面,随着普洱茶老茶市场的火热,陈年岩茶也渐渐被人认识,随后陈年岩茶的品饮氛围渐浓;另一方面,岩茶市场日渐走高,越来越多的茶厂开始生产经营武夷岩茶。




在此背景下,岩茶市场的活跃,让岩茶产量日益增加,产品品种和风格形成多样化。除了部分未被销售出去的茶留存在仓库,慢慢成为老茶。 另外,近年来也有资深茶人、部分茶厂会刻意留存一些品质优秀的岩茶,封箱存样,存放为陈年岩茶。

在此之前,茶语已经与游玉琼老师进行了数次合作,推出过由其出品,包括“金佛”在内的众多好茶。好评不断,且茶友参与人数成倍增加,拥有极高的口碑。


游玉琼老师出身武夷制茶世家,自幼伴茶香长大,耳濡目染祖辈对制茶的专注与热爱。她17岁入行,师承业内一代审评大师陈书省、大红袍制作技艺非遗传承人陈德华。




2006年,她成为由12人组成的首批国家级武夷岩茶(大红袍)制作技艺非遗传承人中,唯一的一名女传承人,声名大噪。30余年的制茶生涯,让她对岩茶制作的认知和对品种、山场的理解已然洞若观火, 成为当今岩茶界中声名在外的大师级匠人。


通过常年的思考与实践,通过分析山场和品种特点,通过与圈内更多的前辈请教与交流,游玉琼老师对传统岩茶工艺进行了行之有效的改进方法, 做出的岩茶不仅具有鲜明的岩骨花香特点,同时香浓味甜,颇受消费者喜爱。
