铁观音的适宜搭配物品


1、盐


铁观音可以和盐一起搭配泡着饮用,如此对于一些口腔上的不适症状能够起到缓解的作用。也就是说,其更加具备治疗咳嗽、牙疼等等症状的作用。做法是:取3克左右的铁观音,食盐1克,冲泡后即可食用。


2、糖
